By far the worst Zara I’ve been to. They have such poor customer service. And there is only one person at the billing desk. All the other employees are in the back. Not even sure what they are up to as the store is a complete mess. And the person at the billing desk is so slow, it’s almost like they want to make you wait.

We went into this store, made an accident in going into a closed dressing room by mistake and then the blonde lady and store manager verbally berated me and my 12 year old daughter for thinking we were “better than anyone else.” We made a mistake and were confused. We also apologized up front and hurried out. She yelled at us continually. At no point did I say anything other than I was sorry and we would move quickly to put clothes back on. She continued. I get retail is tough but what was this lady’s problem. Never going back in again and she should probably consider her line of work. Horrible ambassador for the company.

Never has enough staff. Staff will stand in another department and not help their other coworkers. Absolute joke of an establishment. Figure it out.

There is no one will help if you want tonfind some clothes, people who work there just hide in the dressing room and said the dressing room is close, I got no help until I try to get in the dressing room and got yell out.

This Zara is horrendous. Corporate needs to send special attention to this store ASAP. Store manager especially needs to find a new career, her customer care and basic management skills makes me question how she got the job. Fitting rooms also closed for “storage.”

WAY too hot. I was sweaty within 3 minutes of going in and it was genuinely miserable trying to shop in the heat. Also super disorganized but it's likely the customers fault bc of the large quantity of clothes

Disgusting service. It is advisable not to enter at all. Crazy queues. One person at the checkout. The rest of folding clothes is more important, isn't it?

It was 85 degrees in the store. Dressing rooms are still closed. Clothes thrown everywhere. Self check out does not work. Really disappointing.
