Soooo rude and condescending for no reason whatsoever, you rely on customers to make purchases that pay your salary. Not a good way to treat customers from a longstanding Zara customer

manager is absolutely rude. it seems like they don’t want to work. we wanted jeans from the mannequin. each employee says something different and when we asked for it suddenly the store manager comes by and goes it’s damaged anyways but everyone else said something different. she just walked away and laughed and very dismissive

This store is unpleasant to go to. I came in on a Saturday once and spent 35 minutes in line to process a return. They also lock the doors before 7pm and will just stare at you creepily through the window if you come close to closing time

Today drove for almost 2 hours just to go to Zara, but so disappointed one of the girl staff there she was so racist and not just me she racist the other asian lady too, first i was at the kids clothes side trying to find my kids size and my daughter she only 2 years old she yelling 1-2 times because she was tired ( she just a child guys) and that girl she pointed and started to yelling at my kids “ stop yelling” she yelled very loud that was so rude i was standing there i thought she was customer so i dont say anything then i shaw she start to racist the other asian women in there so i start to speak up. Because she work there so i have to speak up for all asian customers in the store, they all spent the money at Zara so why do we get this racist. This is my first time have this bad experience in my life. I hope the manager will see this post and fires her.

Very common for these guys to keep just one register open and make 30 l(sometimes more) people wait in a line. Three sections(mens kids womens) and one register. What kind of joy the store manager gets by doing this I have no clue!
6/13/25 : nothing has changed, the queue keeps getting long and they won’t add another cashier. They spend 10 minutes per customer.

The manager of this store is unkind to the point of outright rude. Made the shopping experience very unenjoyable. Would not shop here again or support a brand that hires managers that treat customers this way.
