It is so hard to find things that fit me well but this store had it as well as great deals!It also had stuff that looked amazing like designer level of awesome but it was in my size.The people here were very friendly and I felt like they were my friends and not someone who was pressuring me into buying stuff.I will definitely be returning here again!”

“This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received.Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.”

Jocelyn helped me immensely by measuring me and walking me through different styles of bras and finding the best fit for each one. She spent over an hour with me and was so kind, helpful, personable, and professional! I will definitely be back. Excellent customer service and great selection!”
“I had an excellent experience at the Brooks Brothers in the Natick Mall. Needed a suit for a wedding three weeks from now. I am not a fashionista but Mo helped me pick a nice looking suit, and a few shirts to go with it, and Mustafa did a great job with measurements and adjustments. Very happy I went to Brooks Brothers for the suit”

“I dont really care for the Gap but I went here with someone else. Base on my observations, I would say the store is well organized and stocked appropriately. There were staff floating around to help. The lighting is a bit too dark for me but it is what it is.”
“I went into holister looking for a pair of jeans this one employee I’m not sure what his name was, but he had braids and was tall with glasses. He helped me order the jeans when we couldn’t find the size, and even showed me this super cute shirt! I also signed up for holister house which got me 10 dollars off!! He was super helpful!”

Every single employee I’ve met through out the past 15 years of going to this store has been nothing but helpful and kind. Everytime I come I leave feeling confident and always find something I love. “I was there on Sunday. 12/15 2019. I got so excited over the sales and big deals going on. I lost my forever 21 shopping bag. I literally cried a little because I was hurt . “Everything But Water totally pulled through for me today when I needed a last-minute swimming suit for a swim with my friends! The lady who helped me this morning deserves an extra special shoutout (I forgot to ask her name but she has dark hair and piercings including an industrial and nostril, lol I'm sorry for the long identification but I want to make sure she gets credit for her amazingness)! She was incredibly kind while helping me find exactly what I needed. What impressed me the most was actually how she handled a technical difficulty with the cash register, where it randomly stopped working when I was about to check out. Since she was the only one working the storefront, she basically had to fix it herself by climbing under the register and reconnecting a bunch of wires with just a bit of over-the-phone guidance from tech support. In what I'm sure was a very stressful situation, she kept her cool and patience for nearly half an hour as she troubleshooted the issue, and she was super apologetic to me about it even though it wasn't even her fault. She also mentioned that she was only a few days into this job, making her professionalism even more astounding because if I were in her shoes I might've panicked! Thanks to her persistence, the register was fixed and I walked out of the store with the cutest swimsuit I've ever worn. All in all a 10/10 experience, with an associate who was a ray of sunshine!”

“Large, well stocked store featuring yourhful and trendy clothing for both adults and children. Finding sizes and colors of each style of clothing was easy and much appreciated.Liked the spacious aisles and well stocked displays. The style and quality of the clothing were better than expected. Pricing was good and gave good value for the purchases we made. If you sign up for a free membership at the register, you'll get a 10% discount on your first member purchase. The only thing missing were a couple of chairs here and there to rest tired mall feet. ?”
“Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!”
“Okay... I'm going to say this, what has happened to greeting customers and having enough help on the sales floor who can at least say hello. Here's what the store was like today 4 shopping customers, 4 sales associates 2 at the register one ringing and one holding what a appeared to be a send sale or a customer hold. She stood there waiting for #1 to finished that transaction.... looked over at me three times never acknowledging myself or the custmer in line behind me. A siimple hello or "we'll be right with you" One associate came out of nowhere to help at the register...one was tasking . Now the with state of country I would think we would all be a bit cheerful when we have customers in the store.As a former store manager....I would be very disappointed in my staff if I walked out and didn't see customers being helped, greeted and thanked for coming in. Yes tasking is part of the work day I get that...I do and with budget cuts one has to task during business hours but still greeting customers is a must. I greeted custmers there today that have been my customers in past years.Now on a high note the young lady who came out of no where jumpingonto tbe register calling me over, she ordered the jacket that really don't need but loved the color... and she was engaging, I left the store happy that I took the extra 20 minutes to drive over to the mall to touch the new fabrics and gaze at the fabulous spring colors instead of just ordering on line.”
“Singular pieces to die for. I have loved this store for years and own many merchandise. I would wear those pretty floral dresses on safari, with the Lion King in hot pursuit. BTW the posh-jungle vibe inside the store is just right. Campy in a fabulous way.”
