At first I was bummed when insurance didn't consider our minivan totalled after it got sideswiped. I was sure based on the extensive damage that it was a goner. But Alex and his team got it back on the road and looking better than ever. They worked directly with our insurance company and Enterprise - made things very easy for us. I highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his team did an amazing job repairing my car. A deer ran into the driver's side smashing the windshield, front quarter panel, the mirror and both doors. Another shop had told me that it could take up to two (2) months to repair. West Side Collision worked with the insurance company and completed the repair in 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

My Tesla needed a new fender and a new bumper and its rear cargo door needed adjusting. Alex and his team performed at the highest level, on time and on budget. Beautiful job. I am happy to recommend West Side Collision!

Wasted time driving in for no reason. Warned shop that the wheels were made of carbon and needed special attention. Instead got them back with more pieces broken off after a week.
Wouldn’t recommend.

An excellent experience I highly recommend for anyone who's had any accident. Alex is an amazing owner who goes out of his way to explain every detail of what needs to be done to your car, and genuinely makes sure you pay the least amount of money to get it done properly. Alex at West Side Collision goes above and beyond for his customers! I asked him to repair my front bumper, which had cracks and scrapes underneath, and polish scratches out of my clearcoat. When his team was finished it looked like I had a brand new car!I like to use West Side Collision because I am very picky about my car. I want everything to always be perfect. Alex treated by car like his own and for that I will always go to him for any future auto body needs.

Superb experience. My car had a lot of damage to the front and underneath. Alex, the owner, helped with the insurance company and was very clear about timing. Never told me something would be ready before he knew he had the parts. Reliable and great customer service. My car looks like new and we did not have any insurance hassles as he dealt with it all. Highly recommend.

Alex @ West Side Collision went above and beyond my expectation. I was in a car accident and not only did he repair my car to perfection, he polished my yellowed headlights as a courtesy! He also called the car rental place on my behalf and the car rental place treated me like a VIP after his phone call. He took very good care of me and I appreciate it during this stressful time. I had a very positive experience taking my car to West Side. I had damage to the rear bumper which required eliminating scratches and painting the bumper to match the rest of the vehicle. Alex is a hands on owner who aims to please his customers every day. I would highly recommend West Side Collision Center.

Alex (owner) was incredible. I was hit by a deer and the hood needed replacement on the Macan and it looks like new. Dealt with the insurance company directly too on some things he noted that adjuster didn’t catch.
