“The staff at Four Paws are amazing, they really are true dog whisperers. My puppy loves going there and comes back happy tired, and always healthy. They are very particular about maintaining healthy environment for the puppers.
Daycare services are great too - puppies get 2 play times in the day at 10-11.30, and again at 1-2pm. They are pretty strict about the pick up time before 6pm and drop off before 9.45am.
They do have a slightly complicated billing structure for boarding services, and are on the higher end of the spectrum in general, but are the cleanest kennel spaces that I have come across so far. One needs to add puppy play hours, a tuck-in service, bath before pick-up all at additional costs.
The place is very well-managed. My pup is also with the Thrive pet clinic, sharing the premises with Four Paws, hence in case he needs attention during the day, it's very convenient to get him his vaccines, treatments, and routine checkups done during daycare hours.
(Note for boarding services, the premises are unmanned from 7pm to 6am)”
“staff was very kind and loving towards my cat. they were transparent about pricing and followed up with test results the next day. would recommend, plus free churus for the kitties and snacks and water for humans.”

5 Strathmore Rd, Natick“We were sent to Boston West from an urgent care vet for my kitty who needed overnight care. All of the staff who helped us, from Junka at the front desk, to Drs. Cioffi and Yip who both called and texted me multiple times with updates on my girl, were kind, efficient, and informative.
I'd never had to hospitalize a pet overnight before, but the folks here were fantastic and very communicative and made a very stressful two days as stress-free as possible. Bug is doing great at home after spending more than 24 hours in their care. They called to check up on her the morning after discharge and made sure to address any lingering questions or concerns I had. Really lovely people and clinic. Thank you so much!”
“Dr. Andrea is outstanding. She truly cares about her patients and their human families. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, gentle and kind, and sensitive and practical in her decision making. Like Andrea, her assistants and other staff are thorough and professional.”
“Dr. Starr evaluated my dogs hip dysplasia and provided some at home PT exercise to help her. She was very honest and nice. We will go back if/when my dog needs more help than we can do on our own.”
