Do not shop here. Employees are incredibly rude, seemed high, and the customer service here is appalling. Clear product of poor store management.

Got called the N word by a white employee after she got upset for accidentally leaving clothes in the wrong area in the store. When I said "you don't need to give an attitude" she says "fuck you n*****". I walked out immediately and reported it to the manager.

Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!

PLEASE READ! so i went to the natick mall yesterday with my friend and we stopped by urban outfitters and tried some stuff on. while we were in the dressing rooms, we kept walking out to show each other what the clothes looked like on us. there was this mother that was glancing at us up & down every time we walked out to the big mirror. while we were in the dressing rooms, we heard the mother bash on her pre-teen/teenager with comments such as: "are you wearing/have anything that DOESNT look terrible?", "you look terrible", "you look awful", "those jeans are ugly", etc. nothing positive was said. as this was being said, numerous of people are in hearing distance. one customer said "you shouldn't be saying that" to which my friend & i shouted back with encouraging words & flat out saying to not listen to her own mother's insults. we were going to talk to the daughter to make sure she was okay & the mother separately and tell her she shouldn't be putting this "i'm ugly" image into her young daughters head; but the next time we walked out of the fitting room, they were gone. the mom should've checked herself before even saying a word to her daughter looking "terrible" but that's far from the point. the point is how fragile your self esteem is & what you say can & WILL hurt & destroy how you see yourself, ESPECIALLY if it's coming from your own mother. at being such a young age, clothes already fit weird or don't fit at all & finding your own sense of style and how to express yourself through clothes is already hard enough & to have anybody, (especially mothers or anybody you should look up to), already bashing how you look is absolutely horrific. i really hope that little girl is okay & i truly hope she knows and sees how beautiful she is.
