I called for a tire that was unavailable. I spoke with Hector who helped me find another tire that was even better than the one I originally called for, at a better price! They were very busy, but he was able to squeeze me in on the same day. The tire was fixed prior to the estimated time given. The whole team was great!! I highly recommend this location.

This location does great work and is always clear with explaining everything that will be done to my car and the costs. The employees are helpful and kind, Carter helped me today and Dj helped me last time. Definitely recommend!

Hector was extremely helpful and polite. I had a nail stuck in my front tire and walked in without notice. Hector had the tire patched and good to go within an hour. Definitely coming back for tires and tire related services in the future.

The only reason I didn't give zero stars is because the gentleman working the desk, Brian singlehandedly keeps this location open through his worth ethic and hustle.
After spending around 6-8 hours in this location waiting for service that never fixed my issue;
I am never, ever, going back to this location, or any town fair tire for tire service for that matter. I may purchase tires, but I would rather watch a YouTube video and install them myself after what I have been through.
After a preliminary tire installation, followed up by three 2+ hour additional appointments to fix a leaky tire (two visits here and one in Allston) I was delighted to find that after spending an additional three and a half hours or more of my time sitting on my thumb when I was told it would be around "90 minutes" , the tire techs were either A) Unable to properly install and seal my tire four times. Or B), Unable to diagnose what is causing my tire to go from completely full, to essentially completely flat in 24-48 hours.
Either scenario is so unbelievable to me, especially after four visits. How incompetent are we as a society? You can sell tires but you can't install them?
Only in USA post covid is this type of abject failure to deliver on services paid for seen as acceptable. The apathy is impressive. Not another CENT from me, Town Fair Tire. Go rob someone else to stay in business, the model seems to work well for you.
The only bright spot is that I was smart enough to buy the tire insurance, so instead of lighting $750 on fire for town fair tire completely and utterly wasting my time, I'm only out $150 so far!

I had the best experience at this location today. I noticed a flat tire right before this store. Walk in on a Saturday afternoon and they took me right in. Brian was really nice, knowledgeable and so helpful. I’m not very experienced and he walked me thru the process and told me what to expect. They ended up not being able to fix the tire due to the issue being a cut but he had the spare tire put in for me. He made sure to tell me about the size of my spare tire and what I should do next. I was a great experience and I will sure return to this location to buy the new tire.
