We just purchased an exercise bike and elliptical machine from Patrick Halloran in the Top Fitness Store in Natick, MA. Patrick was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and personable - and made shopping fun!The entire experience was positive. The staff was friendly and the store impressive and user-friendly.We will gladly purchase from Patrick and Top Fitness in the future and recommend them to our friends and family!

Purchased an elliptical from Top Fitness in Natick. Experience was terrific! Patrick and Dave were professional and very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful (including texting with me to answer to my questions during non-biz hours). I was able to do an entire work out in the store and test multiple machines to ensure that I would be satisfied with my purchase (and if it turns out I’m not, the return policy is very customer friendly). The delivery was similarly professional and seamless - they arrived in the half hour window they provided (yes, half hour window), assembled the equipment with minimal interference in my day and made sure it was working properly.Top Fitness will be my go to store going forward!

We purchased the Powertech workbench lever gym. The Natick store was clean and nice. Patrick H was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us plenty of time to weigh our options and showed us all of the equipment features. We are looking forward to exploring everything the equipment has to offer. So far we love it!

Went to the Natick store to look at treadmills, specifically Precor as that is what we currently own and have had a great experience with. Patrick, the manager, showed me several models, including the Precor and he talked about and printed out specs for a few models so that I could contrast and compare. I really loved one of the TRUE models (as well as one of the Precor models) - I walked and ran on both of them in the store and ended up selecting the Precor. The process was quick and seamless. Patrick was a true pleasure to work with. I will return when I need additional workout equipment as they had a lot on the floor - free weights, weight machines, kettle bells, rowers, stationary bikes, etc.

Recently made some big purchases at the Natick store like the Powertec Lever-gym and a few attachments for it, and some Kettlebells and a few other accessories.I want to give a huge shoutout to David and Patrick from the Natick store and Anthony who is from the Salem store they are all very knowledgeable, very helpful, and super friendly individuals they helped me with everything I needed and even working with me to get the Powertec Lever-gym for my home gym.If you are in the market for gym equipment whether its as small as a tricep rope to a whole entire multipurpose piece of equipment Top Fitness is the way to go.Thank you David, Patrick and Anthony!!!

This is the place to go for fitness equipment. My wife and I just moved to the area and were looking to get a home gym smith machine and David and Patrick were so knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision. They were professional, knew everything about the equipment, and were even able to help us find cheaper options for exactly what we were looking for. We can’t thank them enough and we’re so glad to have found a store for us to find the exercise equipment we need.

Health is the best wealth and for those who bought covid-survival gym equipment on the cheap like me wish I had learned about this store a long time ago. The inability to try equipment on Amazon and the limited selection at other big box stores was incredibly frustrating for me. To actually go in sneakers and bolt on 30 different treadmills in the store fundamentally was a game changer to expose me to new product lines and features I never heard of.Between the ability to hold my purchase till the room's renovation was done to the professional not subcontracted out delivery and install, it made having a sports-grade home gym effortless. Whether you're a competitive athlete or just working on smol/swol, these guys have the gear to change everything.

Great sales experience with David and his two assocelliptical. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to our preferences, also knew when to give us room to discuss and make our decision. Ended up going higher end than we were going to with the value he helped convey around the Precor ellipticals.

Top Fitness store in Natick is one of the best stores for fitness equipment. And the best part is the staff there. The manager Patrick is a great guy and his customer service skills are awesome! He is not just looking to make a sale, he wants the customers to have the right equipment and makes an effort to ensure that they do. He helped me try different types of equipment and different brands for each type. I never felt any pressure to make any decision in a rush or to make a purchase. Patrick spent a lot of time researching specs for each equipment and shared the details and the differences with me. He provided his unbiased advice about the benefits and pricing along the way which helped me a lot to make a decision. I wish I could rate the store and Patrick more than 5 stars and I highly recommend him. His customer service skills are top notch!

I purchased a treadmill at Top Fitness, which did not actually have the added components and specialty features specified by the manufacturer. Patrick worked endlessly, above and beyond any expectations to find a solution and work out any technicalities that even Precor could not figure out. I really appreciate all the effort he put in, and I feel he went above and beyond to make sure his customers were satisfied. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this store to purchase a recumbent to bicycle. They had an affordable high quality adjustable model that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Delivery was fast. There was a slight issue with my order and they went above and beyond to accommodate- Patrick and Dave provided great customer service.
