Good quality clothing and excellent staffs. Both the staffs at the store were very helpful. Once I had to return a cloth, same smiling face and helpfulness even when returning something.

Great selection of men's island themed clothing. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful.The downside is that it's pricey.

Over the last year, I have dealt with Erin from the Tommy Bahama store in Natick two times. Each time, she was amazing in assisting me as they were not routine requests. She knew exactly what it was that I needed to accomplish and ended up running with it to make sure I was taken care of. Give this woman a raise!

My grandmother, who mind you is 85 years old, went to buy a new shirt for my grandfather's 86th birthday party in a week. He absolutely adores the Tommy Bahama brand. I brought her to help her out, and when I tell you, I was absolutely appalled. I've spent hours trying to write this review because I could not believe it. The girl who assisted us, Amanda, seemed like she didn't even care to help us at all. I felt like such a bother I didn't even know what to do. I used to work in retail and for someone to be rude like that to a customer, I could not believe it. On top of all of that, I'm pretty sure she was intoxicated. I could smell alcohol everytime she spoke even though she had a mask on! And maybe I'm crazy but I could have sworn I smelled weed. We will come back again because my grandmother can only make it to this store now but for shame Tommy Bahama. This shouldn't be acceptable. Whoever Amanda is, fire her before she ruins the quality of your store.

I've been trying to get to the store for a week now and the store was closed last Monday too. This is ridiculous! Is Tommy Bahama going out of business? Did the hours of operation change? I got there last Monday and the doors were closed. I thought Tommy Bahama decided to change the hours of operation and so I called yesteday before driving all the way to Natick to confirm the closing time and they confirmed that they close at 6PM. Well I was there at 4PM and the doors were locked again. I decided to visit a couple of other stores I had on my list and when I went back at 5:15PM the doors were remained closed. This is now the second time this has happened to me and it really is frustrating because I drive a very long way to do my shopping at the store as I'm someone that likes to feel the fabrics and try on before I commit to an outfit.

Took me an hour and a half in holiday traffic to reach the store at 4:50 PM. It was the only store at the Natick Mall that was closed. When I called customer support to find out why the store was closed , They couldn’t give me an answer! My Tommy Bahama dollars we’re better spent at other stores!

I've been shopping with this brand for years! I had ordered some gifts online for christmas but was upset with the quality and I went into exchange them with my wife and BOY were we surprised by the service! I went to the counter to explain my problem and it was like talking to a WALL! It was like they didn't even want to help! I asked to speak with the manager and they said she wasn't in so they got this tiny assistant manager who said her name was Amanda I think. At first I wasn't sure but she smelled like alcohol and WEED as she took ages to process our return! I think it would be better to go into the city for service than deal with this lot!!! I've had better service at walmart!

Tip it's on second floor (I made picture of the map ; so I shave have to take lap) kind of pricey but tip every summer and Christmas they mail you special lol pride $50.00 gift card like every item is over $75.00 bucks ha t use it foo loo r Tommy outlets .had trouble getting beach chairs hit 7 of them were good & UPF 30 = Very Good protection I love buying but have trouble searching for it Natick Bahamas but I aadl the perfect and very very helpful staff they get 5 star sometime once hey has someone out of the lube to cut me chit I corrected them

The people there were very rude to us because we weren't wearing nice clothes. They would not let us touch anything and they clearly wanted us to leave.
