Quinn was amazing! Professional, kind, and attentive to a near constant revolving queue of customers needing the changing rooms. Quinn retrieved updated size requests from many of us- and stayed on track the entire time with her side work. She was very friendly- and made shopping easier and fun! Store is fun and clean, as always!

The girl who cashed me out was extremely nice and energetic I had a full convo with her. CEO of customer service, she needs a raise. I think her name was Brittany or something. 10/10 would shop again ?

I was looking for a pair of denim for my daughter and found a few great pairs at an amazing price. Was happy with the great selection that was appropriate for school and she loved the style. While I was there I noticed they have a huge selection of Nike and Converse and picked up a pair of Converse for my daughter. They also had a ton of sunglasses, hair accessories, water bottles, and stickers that my teenager loved. Staff was great and really helpful.

The cashier lied to me about the Black Friday sale which was buy one get another 50% off. I asked the cashier whether or not the more expensive item was going to get 50% off, she said yes. I got the receipt, they took it off the much cheaper item. B****. I wonder why some people just walked out without paying during Black Friday.

Never have them deliver to your shoes to your apartment. I did because the only pair of shoes they had other than the display shoes were TORN up, no one would ever buy a second hand pair of shoes for $90. So I decided to order them to my apartment like they offer. It has been over two weeks and still my order number for "Tracking" service on their website just says to check my records. I copy and pasted it. The company is a scam and is known for it's garbage customer support. The two teenage girls in the store had absolutely no idea what they were doing when they were placing my order their software. Essentially stole $90 from me on fraud. Consulting with my Credit Card company, leaving a bad review, consulted with the BBB. And if they claim something ridiculous, a small lawsuit.
