Putting a grown man in a childrens coat while yelling "come out" is WEIRD AF. Mom of 4, and we won't be getting our annual winter coats there anymore. I spend around $250 a coat per person with you, someone else will get our $1500.

I drove an hour to be at the Natick store when it opened. The web site said it opened at 11am. I stood outside the door. Someone came to the door and said they do not open until 12. She sited staffing problems. There were 2 people in there. How many people does it take to open a store in the mall? I came to this mall ONLY to visit that store.

I went to store 2 times around 6:00 pm and the employees were inside store with doors closed saying the store was closed! They were very rude to me and with people outside the store. We tried to say that on website and at in the store doors was saying the open hours 11:00 am until 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday and they said the other time we have to call there before going cause was time to go home and they definitely was closing at 6:00pm. I drove 30 min to went there, I spent my time going there cause the mall store hours was until 7:00 pm and they think they can do whatever they want and they can be rude with everyone???? I don’t recommend that store! Please don’t go there

Avoid at all cost. This is the worst store ever. A very expensive jacket i purchased from this store just a few years ago needed the zipper repaired. I brought the jacket in to be shipped out to their warranty repair shop in Texas. Instead the jacket was stolen by the store manager Courtney who then supposedly quit right after. Eight weeks later and still no jacket or compensation from North Face. A dozen phone calls, store visits, and Im still getting the runaround for 2 months now. Customer service refuses to put me in touch with regional manager or warranty department manager. Definitely stay away.

Terrible service. Sales people have not idea what they are doing. They always forget to take sensors off, returns do not work half of the time. Avoid at all cost!

Operating hours are inaccurate, went at 5:30 pm on 9/24 a Friday only to found they closed at 5pm. Tried to update their hours so this wouldn’t happen to someone else, and the business changed the hours back to the inaccurate ones. I just called and confirmed they are still only open 12pm -5pm Sunday-Saturday
