Had a terrible experience with this company, clothes and bowtie were fraying and falling apart. Poor sizing. Shirt gave 3 of the groomsmen cuts around their neck line. STAY FAR AWAY FROM RENTING FROM THEM. No response to my customer support email.

I wish I could leave zero stars. We booked our appointment months ago for my fiance and all of his groomsmen and arranged for them all to be available. We have people driving from over 1.5 hours away to come to the visit. 2 hours before the appointment, they leave us a voicemail saying it’s cancelled due to unforeseen events and offer us $20 off. Our wedding is in two months and we have had this booked for months. This is RIDICULOUS.

PROCESS IS GREAT, EASY TUX FIT OKAY, TUX IS JUNK! I WOULD LOOK ELSWHERE, THEN YOU NEED TO RETURN THE TUX VERY QUICKLY AFTER THE WEDDING BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 60 DOLLARS,, WEDDING WAS ON 16TH OF AUGUST SATURDAY, IF YOU DONT MAIL YOU TUX BY THE 20TH 60 BUCKS MORE !!! Made an appointment and when I showed up they lost it. I tried to call ahead and the number went to an automated system that didn't work or help. 2 stars only because the worker was very helpful once I got here.

(0 of 3 tuxes fit and 1 didn't show up) Took three family members to be measured for tuxes for wedding party. All tuxes were too short and some pieces too small. Had to pay an extra $120 in expedited shipping charges to correct. We showed up with 3 accounts set up as instructed in the email. The salesperson talked over me as I was giving him the email account information and then said he would just start a new account for one person in the party. He said it would be "easier." From that point on, we had one extra account that was no longer linked to the event. He placed the tux rental on the new account he created. After the appointment, I emailed twice to ask them to fix the new account and link it to the event so the groom could see that the tux had been ordered and so the I would stop getting reminders to order a tux on the original account. No response. 12 days before the event, two tuxes arrive. I email Black Tux to inquire where the other tux is - no helpful response - was told to wait. Another day goes by and we realize that the salesperson put the wrong date (a year off) for our event so the tux was never prepped or shipped. I was able to call and get a tux shipped but we have no idea if it will fit and it is showing up less than a week before the wedding. Issues stemmed from a poor sales experience at store, lack of response from email customer service, and confusing website. The event shows up on the home page as month and day only - no year.
