Have never had an issue here until recently. Normally a fine store to go to but the staff need serious training on how to not be incredibly rude and standoffish to people.
Upon walking in to go to the back of the store to use the restroom first I was accosted by a cashier - aggressively demanding to know where I was going. Upon telling her the bathroom, she gave a snarky comment that I should have at least "asked her". Incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable behavior.

She always has striking, sober clothes, but up to date with colors, with modernity, I like the management of the silhouette and color of her clothes.

I had a horrible experience a few years ago. I was trying on some clothes and the lady working there YELLED AT ME. I was cryibg for the whole day.

Okay... I'm going to say this, what has happened to greeting customers and having enough help on the sales floor who can at least say hello. Here's what the store was like today 4 shopping customers, 4 sales associates 2 at the register one ringing and one holding what a appeared to be a send sale or a customer hold. She stood there waiting for #1 to finished that transaction.... looked over at me three times never acknowledging myself or the custmer in line behind me. A siimple hello or "we'll be right with you" One associate came out of nowhere to help at the register...one was tasking . Now the with state of country I would think we would all be a bit cheerful when we have customers in the store.As a former store manager....I would be very disappointed in my staff if I walked out and didn't see customers being helped, greeted and thanked for coming in. Yes tasking is part of the work day I get that...I do and with budget cuts one has to task during business hours but still greeting customers is a must. I greeted custmers there today that have been my customers in past years.Now on a high note the young lady who came out of no where jumpingonto tbe register calling me over, she ordered the jacket that really don't need but loved the color... and she was engaging, I left the store happy that I took the extra 20 minutes to drive over to the mall to touch the new fabrics and gaze at the fabulous spring colors instead of just ordering on line.

Talbots is my favorite store, and as another Yelper said, each location can really be "make or break" by the employees (I'm talking to you, Wellesley Talbots!). However, the Natick store is great: not huge, but clean and organized, friendly ladies who are happy to check stock for you and they did a great job with my order that I did online and selected for curbside pick-up. I suppose I could have called from my car, but I also wanted to see what was in store that I may have missed online (and I do feel badly having someone run out to bring me something).

Went in for a sales day, w/Friday deals it was extremely busy in store. I was greeted by a sales associate who told me of the deals and asked if I was shopping for a specific item - "No, let you know checking out the sale". Actually trying to find something festive for up coming parties - She gave her name- and offered her help if needed. I found a blouse I liked - Long story short. I was assisted with a number of options and sizes, NO pressure at all. I left with2 blouses, a jewel neck sweater And a blazer and several ideas for a number of outfits/. Outstanding service, great advice during a very busy shopping day! Since then I purchased the shoes the SA brought to try w/ a skirt & blouse, jacket combos. Wore outfit 1 this past weekend -I felt great thanks TALBOTS!

I went to Talbots in Natick Today. Store 328. I needed to exchange a pair of pants. I was also looking for the black full length straight leg Chino in Petite. They are all sold out on line. Carol and Annie Dolan went the extra mile for me . Carol getting a list of other stores that had my size. While Annie was calling to other store to get it for me. And they ship it for free. I have a medical condition which makes it hard for me to wear a lot of clothes. But, Talbots always comes through for me. Thank you so much Anne and Carol for making my Talbots experience in your store wonderful. And going the extra mile for me. So very much appreciated.

Wonderful store brand . Its awesome selection of sweaters are to die for. The brand merchandise have unique, exceptional details: puppies, polka dots, butterflies, anchors, horses, bows, etc. I love looking at and wearing Talbots.

I shop here all the time and I have been shopping here for years. The style is appropriate for my age and Talbots likes color and prints like I do. Just picked up a denim jacket today at the sale. I have been looking for one for a long time. The quality of the garments is good. As often as possible I shop at the outlets as well. Just went about three weeks ago to shop for my cruise. Walked out with three outfits and a dress for under $200. I tend to be an color coordinate outfit shopper (i.e., pants/top, suit separates, etc.). Works very well for me.

I lost my gift check and the manager Cecelia Brunts did not help me to exchange the size, constantly discriminated me and treated disrespectfully , never buy in this store !!!
