Walked in to look and ended up purchasing a ring and figurine. Cynthia was the person helping me and she was absolutely FANTASTIC! Friendly and personable. She was awesome and I would return just because of her.

I visited the Swarovski store at natick mall today and i was so pleased with customer service that i had to write a review.The staff at store was extremely helpful and courteous and Monica especially went out of her way to help me with an item i had purchased from a different store.I was really amazed at the quality of care these girls are providing at such difficult times.Its not always about the products quality but sometimes its peoples attitude that win our hearts and thats what i felt at Swarovski today.

Really rude and unpleasant treatment at this location, the lady that was there didn’t even listen what I was asking and treated me very very rudely!!! I was really disappointed I have been there before but she was some kind of manager and was overly loaded with all swarovski jewelry she could wear. Very disappointing

This has been my store to go for a long time until today. The guy was helping me left to help other customer came after me because he saw the potential buyer with a big purchase. That customer ‘s purchase was an expensive set, compared to mine which was just a bracelet. So the Swarovski guy didn't care a about my presence in the shop anymore. Really disappointed about the service with discrimination in purchase amount. I'm not sure if I ever want to come back to the store

I recently went into the store to look at some of the new crystal figurines/decorations and was treated horribly. Both staff members talked down to me and treated me like I knew nothing at all. I have been collecting Swarovski crystal for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. That being said, as soon as they found out I was a member of the Swarovski Crystal Society and knew what I was talking about their mood changed instantly as they tried to save face. I was very unimpressed with the service and will be taking my business elsewhere.
