The outlet is already cheaper than purchasing Skechers elsewhere. But for the last several months they've had buy 1 get 1 half off. I purchased two pairs of sneakers for under $100 & two pairs of sandles for $60. I love Skechers & you cannot beat the deals at the outlet.

Pros: huge selection of different sizes, fits, models etc. Staff is friendly and attentive, they really do their best to help customers out, which is surprising on its own. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet, well managed.Cons: every damn pair will be different from another one of the same model, color, got, size etc. They are literally different from box to box!Even worse, some of the sneakers are obviously defective!Literally, few pairs had half-cut insoles, another had uneded seams, crack in the hard sole ...What is wrong with the manufacturer? But the place and staff are very good!

If your looking for any kind of help this is the wrong place to come to. You will be greeted upon entry and left to fend for yourself. The staff seem so content with surfing on their phones. No customer service in any way. Two people stood behind the counter with several customers in the store. Poor representation of a good brand. Needless to say we found what we were searching for elsewhere for less money. This was during a quote, unquote sale. How is a specific brand outlet store with a sale higher in price than another store across town. I will pay my money to the places that have staff that actually care to use communication skills and provide assistance with my purchase. It's half the reason for going into an actual brick and mortar location.

I recently visited this outlet after having issues with ordering shoes with a gift card from another store. I was afraid I would not be able to purchase said shoes at the reasonable outlet price because of gift card logistics, but after calling this outlet, employees clarified there was another option. So I decided to make the long drive to Natick, but it was well worth it. When I got there, store manager Amy understood my needs completely and quickly and effectively worked through them. She quickly exceeded my expectations. As a cherry on top, I was expecting delivery to take quite a bit, but two days later the shoes are at my house. Thank you Amy for making the process so much easier, and now I get to wear my very comfortable Skecher shoes and not worry about having unusable gift cards.

They have a lottttt of shoes but do not have bigger sizes. My dad tried to look for shoes their but they did not have his size.
