“I’m quite surprised about the bad reviews left for this location because I can’t say enough great things. Every single employee I’ve met through out the past 15 years of going to this store has been nothing but helpful and kind. Everytime I come I leave feeling confident and always find something I love. The store always feels trendy and in style I’ve spent hours trying on things till I found the outfit I needed. The manager is the sweetest lady and one the girls Sammi as well. “My first visit to the Allen Edmonds store was last month, when I had to exchange a pair of Randolph penny loafers purchased online; the size ordered was too small. The manager professionally took my shoe size and gave me the correct size. She also sold me a pair of Cap Toe Oxfords and some associated items. A good experience all in all. I also need to add that she was pro-veteran and was appreciated.”
