“A good place to rent a van. Their website is somewhat annoying and tries to sell you tons of stuff you don't need but this facility has lots of vehicles and the price was the lowest of anywhere for an out of state move (I returned the van to the same location). They were friendly and good people, pretty chill, and made it easy.”
“Ive rented a lot of trucks and trailers from a lot of u-hauls. The experience is...never seamless. We regularly get trailers here and they do a really nice job. The labor market is tough. Things are expensive. I've never worked for them but I'm sure corporate doesn't make things easy. We were in 4x over the last week (we did a lot of moving of things!) and the manager on duty did his best every time despite not having a lot of help. Two of the four times the guy clearly trying to take a lunch and didn't have coverage. We left stuff in our trailer and he was great about helping us get it back. So, this review is mostly for manager Mike who is doing the best he can and has a smile on his face. Call ahead and pack a little patience when you go; it's busy season for these guys.”
