I have always had wonderful experience regarding customer service at Roche bros., Natick. Today I was struggling finding vegan butter and then vegan ice cream. I asked an employee was working on the floor. She was wonderfully patient and helped me find what I needed. In looking for a manager to compliment this employee. I was told this employee was Kate, the Asst. Store Manager. Earlier, I was looking for vegan cheese and a female employee (black hair) working in the cheese area, walked me over and explained what I needed. It was so refreshing to experience a team, live an attitude of exceptional customer service!Eric

Ok, so I'm new to MA and in the beginning was a bit taken aback by the unfriendly nature of the staff and the high prices of groceries. Now that I've been here a month I realize that this is essentially the norm in the northeast versus folks from the south. The store is a bit old and dark, the one in Wellesley is much nicer, bigger, and has more selections. I have gotten used to no smiles from staff and overpriced produce. Prices are similar to Whole Foods. For the best deals, try Trader Joe's in Framingham.

I've shopped at Roche Brothers in Natick for 18 years. Increasingly, especially post-Covid, staff are less polite and helpful. This morning, with no lines and very few people in the store, check out staff were outright rude in response to my pleasant approach. Time to find another go-to store. It's just not that difficult to be semi-kind.

So today I actually used the delivery service for the first time. I was able to drive and do my own shopping so figured I would try it. I am not one to use services so this was new to me - shopping was easy, check out and notifications were received all along the way! AMAZING!! That Roche Bros. For living up to your reputation and service excellence.

Megan from the catering department was very rude Rushing me off the phone when I was trying to get information about services very unprofessional you guys need to hire better individuals to answer your phone’s she is not a good person for that spot hanging up on customers is not good businesses

Used to prefer Roche Brothers. But recently their produce has been awful. Especially the prepackaged stuff. Kale, stir fry veggies, etc. Bought bags of this stuff on a Sunday, and when I opened it on Tuesday everything was bad. Just one example of the recent decline in quality at this particular store. No accountability or way to make it right. There are plenty of options in Natick, I suggest one other than this Roche bros.

THis is a review of their catering services for our wedding. Colette and the team offered the most affordable catering in the area for our wedding and did an excellent job with the food. The food was delicious, and I heard no complaints. What stands out about Roche Brothers is how flexible they were. They offered a wide range of additional services, like offering waiting staff, which we took advantage of. However, we did find cheaper alternatives to other services like silverware and plates. Colette offered those services, informed us of the amount, and let us make our own decision. My wife and I felt listened to and genuinely appreciated by the team. Roche Brothers is a solid service that is affordable and flexible.

Just tried to cash a scratch ticket winner $500 at 330pm on Thursday afternoon and the customer service desk says they don't have any money. That just blows my mind as you ate a grocery store. They just lost me as a customer for life as the store in Wellesley has never refused to cash a winning ticket!
