We couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s experience at Primrose for the past year+. Her teachers have been so warm and loving, and such a positive influence on who she is becoming. The whole staff is excellent- there is so much attention to detail. Every staff member knows my daughters name, and even which articles of clothing belong to her, without the annoyance of labeling all her things.During the day, I get many updates and 3-4 photos of what she is up to, which I absolutely love. Now that she is getting a little older, I am starting to appreciate the education piece more (vs just childcare) - my husband and I constantly impressed with all the new knowledge and skills she comes home with.Would highly recommend and looking forward to sending our second child as well.

Great preschool! Helpful staff, teachers that care. Clean classrooms. Felt like part of the family right away. Love the in app updates on my kids activities. Daily pictures are comforting to look at during the work day. The food by chef bill is loved by the kids. I’ve never known my kid was such a good eater till they started attending!

A school that goes above and beyond all expectations. Couldn't be happier with sending my child each day knowing they are loved and learning so much. With a state of the art curriculum and meals provided makes us working parents at ease each day. Not to mention their lovely communication which is a big plus. Thank you PSON for all you do!

As background, we have been enrolled at Primrose for over 2 years with our child —starting in the infant classroom.Going back to 2021, we all were in the Covid health emergency and I believe the admin, teacher and support staff did an AMAZING job balancing the unknowns of Covid while ensuring safety is a top priority for children, families, and staff. Our child has thrived while at Primrose. The constant attention by the teachers, support staff and admin team to our child’s growth and needs is really impressive. I can see how hard the team works each day to make a fun, learning-centric environment for the students. More recently, the teachers are helping with potty-training and doing such a great job. Each day receiving updates via the app (with photos) is a great benefit. We also receive notes from the teachers, progress reports, monthly newsletters, and super cute keepsakes made at school. The school also does fun events for the children and families throughout the year and celebrates many Holidays together. In Aug we will be enrolling our second child here as well and we are confident in another great experience.

All of the effort goes into making themselves look good to parents rather than caring for the children. There’s nothing you get from here that you can’t get at another more reasonably priced day care.

We could not be happier with our boys' experiences at Primrose since our older son started in September 2020. From infants through preschool, we have been consistently impressed with their teachers. The teachers are nurturing, kind, and student-centered. They truly care about each student, and are helpful, creative, and communicative. It's incredible to see how much my children have learned and grown over the years!

My family and I love the Primrose School of Natick! My children are learning a ton and are well fed by the school chef. We appreciate the school leadership team and all the teachers for being thoughtful, communicative, and child-centered.

My child thrives here from infancy. The care here helped shape her into an incredible little human being ready to advance to the next level throughout each stage of development thanks to those knowledgeable experts who care deeply about helping the children. Safe and lovely environment for the first 5 years of your child's life. Education and curriculum is so strong. Lovely care from infancy starting with helping those first time parents with figuring it all out, to help eating solids and starting to walk, potty training support, tasting different foods, music, dance, art, math, science, making friends, sense of community, caring, giving back. These are the precious experiences we will carry from our early life here. It's a beautiful, safe, caring, professional school for these ages. I wouldn't have wanted to send my child anywhere else!

I saw that the only other review was 2 stars so I felt like I needed to comment on how great of an experience we have had for the past year. We switched from a different daycare and Primrose is head and shoulders above. Their curriculum, communication through their phone app, provided food, and we are able to pickup from the class are a few of the many examples why we have really valued our time so far.

Not many people can say they love their job, but I do! I have worked as a teacher at Primrose School of Natick for almost two years, and every day I get to work with other smiling teachers who are just as happy to be there. I have never felt more supported or advocated for at a job. The school owners, Suzanne and Lonnie, are highly involved and care so much about their staff and the children who attend. The school is beautiful, organized, and equipped with fun materials. I am a proud teacher at Primrose and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to level up in their career. There are so many opportunities for growth and professional development. If you want your child to get a fun and fulfilling education, send them to the Primrose School of Natick. The curriculum is elite, and the children flourish with the innovative and unique lessons.

I did not want to write this review, in fact 4 months ago I contacted Primrose corporate to provide this feedback and all they did was forward it to the center with zero intention of actually helping them. They were was nice and responsive when we were first signing up. We could not see the place due to Covid, which was not a huge deal. However, as soon as we signed up and they had my deposit, it seemed as though every question I had annoyed them. Once we started, it got worse. While they were always very responsive, I felt like I was talked to like a moron. I do have a traumatic brain injury and I don't remember things as well as others but the way they spoke to me was not acceptable. I became afraid of asking questions, something that no parent should ever be. Certainly not the kindness that Primrose preaches for its students. A few weeks in, I was ready to cut my losses and run. However, my daughter was doing OK and we decided to stick out the year.I do want to point out that safety and Covid protocol was AWESOME. The teachers were also great but the turnover was insane. While I understand some turnover my daughter had 5-6 different assistant teachers in her 9 months there. I could not even tell you how many teachers she had since we were not always kept up to date on who the teacher was/when teachers left etc. While we were always required to (and did) follow the rules it seems as though the center itself didn't need to follow their own rules and keep us up to date on changes to teachers. This year my daughter is constantly afraid when new teachers come in her new school's classroom, she seems to literally traumatized by the revolving door of teachers from last year. In the time we were there I received zero calls about my daughter having a behavior or sickness issue, we are not a problematic family. However, I never received her evaluations on time and I had to wait months and escalate before I got them. One evaluation they sent her home with some other kid's report and I sent it back and asked for ours, which I got 3 months later. To top it all off, you are not allowed to speak to teachers or other parents. You can't have their contact info (even with permission) and the app they use goes right to the main office and teachers aren't allowed to respond. It wasn't until they realized that we were going to leave as soon as the school year was over that they started being nice again. But honestly, I could not do another year at the school as a parent even though the Private K program was perfect for us.I know this school is still pretty new to the area and I think eventually the way parents (and my guess is teachers given the turnover) are treated is going to catch up with it. It's a shame because the education and program that Primrose has is awesome.

The director is the absolute worst. Teachers are quitting left and right due to the lack of empathy for the staff and the kids alike. The strain put on the kids is at no others fault but the director and her lack to hire more individuals to cover shifts. The inconsistency and inadequacy in this establishment leaves me wondering why anyone would pay to have their kid go here.

Primrose is a wonderful place and I've heard nothing but good things! The staff and leadership here goes above and beyond even in times of struggle including a pandemic!

They made employees sign something saying they wouldn’t discuss how much they’re being paid, which is highly illegal. It’s $15-17 an hour to watch 8-20 kids at once, FYI.
