My visit with Banter was spontaneous with intention on getting a piercing. I came across Jaxmine and instantly felt at ease, She gave me her full attention, took her time, was pleasant and very informative. I would do this over and over again as long as she is there.

I went to buy a gift for my boyfriend, but I had a disgusting experience because of the person with long eyelashes and braided hair. She gave rude answers to the questions and tried to get rid of it. I felt really bad because of his condescending attitude. I shopped because I had to, but it's a place I'll never visit again.

My daughter had been begging to get her ears pierced, so I decided to take her to the mall to finally get them done. We were greeted by a friendly staff who walked us through everything thoroughly. After my daughter selected her earrings, the staff made sure to explain everything so she was prepared. My brave little one handled it without even flinching. There was no blood, very little pain, and a very happy kid. Success! Thank you for making this so easy!

please DO NOT ever go here to get pierced. i got pierced around a year ago and it was the worst experience ever. when they pierced my ears they couldn't even get the back stud in and the girls with super long nails had trouble doing it manually. in the end the other girl had to do it and my ears were extremely swollen and red immediately after i got pierced. the piercings were extremely infected. after a couple weeks when i took out the piercing, the needle was actually bent. even to this day, one of my piercing i got from Banter's still bleed and has pus to this day despite daily cleaning and even using anti-infection cream. they just have the worst service ever and do NOT get pierced here.

So I got my third piercing here a year ago and when I tell you I instantly felt the infection coming in the few seconds I left the place. My left ear ended up bleeding with puss. It also hurt sooo much. Not only that but my piercings were wonky. One was up and the other was down. They were super uneven to the point it was clashing with my second piercing. Not only that but I ended up paying almost $150. Like what! Without them telling me they added a one year protection. Honestly Claire’s is so much better. I re did my third ones there because of them being uneven. It only costed $45. No infection so far and it doesn’t hurt. Honestly just go to Claire’s.

I had a lovely experience, as someone who is afraid of needles. I was worried about my first piercing but the employee was super nice, attentive and talked me through the entire process.
