I hired Phoenix Moving to help with our move from a Boston apartment to a suburban home in the South Shore. Arthur, Alex, Eugene & Sergio helped with the move. They and the company were fantastic! During the entire process, the company was responsive, flexible & punctual. The movers were incredibly friendly and efficient. We had some last minute things to pack and they helped make boxes, wrap glass, and secure things in our car. After seeing how careful and respectful they were to our stuff I trusted them to take fragile and glassware in their truck.
At the new home, they moved furniture that was already here into other parts of the house. They checked frequently to ensure that boxes were going in the correct rooms.
A friend of mine recommended them to me. I had never hired movers before, but I would certainly hire them again in the future.

They are very courteous and professional. They helped me move a 3 bed condo. They didn't need to move any bathroom, the kitchen, or anything that is not packed.
The movers did a meticulous job, even though it took about 4 hours longer than the original estimate of 6 to 8 hours.

This was my first time hiring movers and they were great! Showed up on time, went through all the costs upfront. No “hidden fees” or surprises. The guys were professional, efficient and pleasant. Nothing was damaged in the move. I would highly recommend to anyone!

After reaching out to several different moving companies for my recent job I ended up using Phoenix Moving and I was not disappointed. They provided me an estimate the same day and was very clear on what was included or would be considered extra charge. The 3 man crew showed up on time and emptied my moving pods and brought my items into a residential basement. Phoenix was also very competitive in their pricing as well. I would definitely use them again.

The reviews are legit. We moved from our house in Framingham to Natick. We had an unexpected delay in the move and they pivoted pretty quickly and provided storage needs.
Overall their estimates, rates and professionalism is on par with everyone else but their pricing is just way better. The crew work like machines and treat your things like it is made out of gold. I would say they use TOO much plastic wrapping! Some of the items in the basement could have definitely been moved as-is and would have saved on material costs, so that is a heads up for all of you.
We also had a Peloton that had to be taken apart then put together. It failed to turn on 3 weeks after our move and guess what? They came by and fixed it. Who does that?
Absolutely amazing crew. Alex, Arthur and Walter are champions.

Truly, the most incredibly easy, professional, reasonable and stress free moving experience of my life so far!
Arthur and his team were pure magic! They helped me move apartments and also assembled a lot of new furniture on the same day! They were extremely professional, on time, and handled everything with care!

I moved last week into a 3rd floor apartment from Quincy to Providence, and it was one of my best moves yet. The moving crew (Alex, Nick, and Eugene) so careful with my boxes and furniture, wrapping my furniture with layers of protective fabric so they're impossible to scratch, and cautiously carrying my boxes. Even when my large couch could not get past the front door of my new place, they carefully disassembled part of it and reassembled it as good as new once it was in my living room. The service was top-notch. Will definitely reach out to them again for my next move!
