Decided to stop in and see what they could do for me on a Sunday and they had my tire in stock and was able to take my car the same day. The two guys at the front were very helpful and got my car fixed and back to me within 2 hours.

Drove up to Boston and picked up a nail and flat tire. The team had my tire in stock and replaced within an hour on a Sunday. Very friendly techs that were super helpful. Highly recommend.

Ya I had pretty much the same experience as alot of people here. Had an appointment from online to install new tires I ordered in the afternoon, got there and was told they are only first come first serve and that my car would take 5 to 6 hours to get looked at. I don't know why they still allow their corporate office to give appointments. So dumb. On top of that, they let some new guy check me in and he looked up my car and said the tires I ordered were the wrong size for the job, and I told him he was wrong. Im all for new employees learning on the job but he ended almost argueing with me over it. I showed him the label on the car door, and then he rechecked and turns out I was right. What a headache. They said they may or may not get to my car by the end of the day. I decided to stay and wait there the whole day to give them an incentive to get to my car. I also didn't have a way to get back home anyways...cuz I came thinking I had an appointment, duh. I'm giving two Starz because at the end of the day they still got my tires done, but it was no joke 6 hours later at closing time.

JT at the front desk was very communicative with me on what time my vehicle would be done and how much it would cost. The time he told me and the amount he told me matched up at the end. Great transparency.
