I placed two orders from Nic + **** returned all but one item, received an email that they got my return, were processing my refund, and that I could expect it in **** business days. **** days came and went and nothing. I called them during business hours, emailed them, tried the chat function, also during business hours... and still nothing. No reply whatsoever. I paid with PayPal, so eventually I asked PayPal to get involved, sent them all the emails as proof... and thankfully PayPal handled it for me. But what a pain!!! Last time I shop from Nic + ****
