My experience with this business was no-nonsense, no sales tactics, or attempting to upsell on things you don’t need. It was straight to the point, and they even fixed the short in my mother’s headlight at no charge. Good people.

Natick auto clinic has fixed my car multiple times. When I brought back my car for what I though was a new problem they fixed it free of charge because the problem was with a part they had fixed months before. They could have easily charged me for it and it’s nice to know that they are there to help and not try to rip people off.

Brought in my F150 for a balance, rotation, and oil change. All done to perfection and fixed a vibration issue I was having at speed. They also installed new wipers for a great price and even fixed my exhaust positioning after it had been messed up. Highly recommendedServices: Oil change

I take care of my car and do frequent oil changes. These people told me I needed to do an engine flush with my most recent oil change. Luckily, I've seen this movie before and know that's an outright lie. Nice try.Service: Oil change

I am going sev. years back, but when I had a simple mechanical changeover of tires etc, and asked them to do an inspectioni sticker, their shop doesn't have equipment for that. When I came back, my entire dashboard was illuminatiing all warnings...apparently they'd earlier used some sort of metal loc spray over a bolt holding my crank in place. Whoever the mechanic was drove it back from Natick Ctr. with it popping out the bolt/entire crank rod, and just parked it in front of their shop, as if nothing was wrong. I crawled around under the car for parts, but no dice. I should have made them replace the motor, but they denied it "until maybe summer". All in all, this is a chump change operation, and if nothing else, I THINK they got rid of that particular technician a few months later--don't waste your time here folks, unless you want to be buying one of their crap can cars under duress-or going to court (if you do go, hope it does end up in litigation, this place deserves permanent boarding up)!!!!

Ralph and his son have worked on several of my cars where he has made many successful repairs. He gives an honest appraisal of the work needed and performs the work in a timely manner, Recently they went to great lengths to find a less expensive option to fix my son's car using creative welding and the car is running perfectly. I plan on returning for any work I need in the future.

Natick Auto Clinic did collision repair on my vehicle. They were excellent! Service was superior, communication was excellent, and results were spectacular. They Handled communication with insurance company, leaving me with absolutely no stress at all.
