I got good ring but terrible service!I have waited 2 weeks and my size wasn't right.I had to get my ring sized another place for money.And I didn't get my certificate of authentication.

If you can't visit Hawaii to buy some Hawaiian Jewelery, go to Na Hoku in Natick, MA. My new favorite.

I really like this store. All the pieces are authentic and unique. If you cannot get to one of the stores, I would recommend you to check out the online store. This place is so much better and more reasonable that some of the better known jewelers.

Walking by in the Mall there were three employees behind the counters...suddenly in a loud voice one tall male employee yelled in a very loud voice at the others, "And that's why you take your s*** home every night!". Outside people turned and looked at each other, kids were laughing. Real classy place....not....

I really enjoyed my experience at Na Hoku. I had never visited before, but after browsing other jewelery stores at the mall in search for an everyday ring, I was pleasantly surprised by the price and variety that Na Hoku had to offer. Most of their display rings are size 5 or 7, the latter being my size, so I was able to walk out with a perfect fit on exactly what I was looking for. The sales lady I dealt with was not pushy at all, and was super helpful with advice so far as what to look for when buying a piece of jewelry to wear daily. She explained warranty info and informed us that the company was independently owned, so they we're able to use good materials without having to price gouge. I am very pleased with my ring!
