The owner is a fantastic tailor. She listens carefully to what the client wants and suggests ways she can accommodate that. Once the client and the owner/tailor agree on how the tailoring will be done, the owner/tailor pins the garment according to the plan. This is followed by further discussion of any changes either she or the client would like to see, and the garment is repinned. The garment is always finished within 7 to 12 days. Her prices are fair. If you need a tailor, you need Milrich!

Rarely do I write reviews but in this case I'd be remiss to all those looking for a skilled, accomodating, personable, and fairly priced tailor in the MetroWest area...not since my Italian tailor of 35 years passed away have I've seen such an accomplished world-class tailor....Miltes is that good.

Excellent tailoring, beautifully and thoughtfully done. They did a wonderful job altering two of my formal gowns, including adding a modesty panel to the bust of one of the dresses at my request. Super nice and accommodating!

Took a bridesmaid dress in for alterations and very happy with the experience. I just popped in without an appointment. The first fitting went quickly. It took about two weeks and I picked it up with no fuss. Very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be returning for any alterations.

My wife called this place to alter a bridesmaid dresses and the wedding was in 4 weeks and she left a voicemail. They responded after 1 week and said something along the lines of "Did you wait until 2 weeks left to the wedding". Not a proper response time and a proper response even though it may not be enough time to alter a dress.

Very friendly staff. They are detailed oriented and charge fairly. My suits fit perfectly. I also had a missing button that I did not mention, but they found it and repaired it instantly.

I had a last minute request to get my sleeves taken in for my company holiday party and Miltes was more than willing to help out. I stopped in on a Tuesday to see if she could get it done by Saturday and she was happy to help. She did an excellent job and has earned my future business. Thank you Miltes!

I had a great experience at Milrich. She was very quick and efficient with doing measurements, and also kind. I didn't mind having to put down a suggested deposit of 1/2 the final price. I picked it up about 4 weeks after my initial fitting, which was a walk-in, and it fit great. Thank you again!
