Jeff and his team are professional, reliable and great communicators. Not to mention their work is second to none. Jeff and his team at Middlesex Auto were superb in all respects. They are expert at the technical repair, but are also great at working with the insurance companies, managing expectations all the while. Jeff is thoughtful and focused on the customer satisfaction during a stressful time for the car owner. The extra effort to detail the car so it's clean when you pick it up, is a very nice touch. Good work. Good people.

Absolutely great customer service. We had a small job but had great difficulty getting it completed due to supply chain issues, etc. I contacted owner Jeffrey Williams at Middlesex and he got the problem solved. It was not easy for him either and we had some delays, but none of them were his fault. He stayed on the issue, communicated frequently and clearly, and ultimately fixed the problem.I hope I don't need their services for a larger issue but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeffrey and Middlesex for a large job.This is a third generation family business. I believe Jeff's Dad and grandfather would be proud of the way he runs the shop.

They did a great job repairing my car after I backed into a tree. They worked with the insurance appraisers, kept me informed and answered all my questions. I will never go anywhere else.

Middlesex Auto Body is an excellent repair shop. My wife has used them twice and I have used them once. Every time our car was repaired to our complete satisfaction. They do very high quality repairs. This is a third generation, family owned business that takes pride in their work. Jeff Williams, the owner, is very pleasant to deal with. He is honest and forthright about how long repairs will take, never making false promises. Because of the quality of his work, there can be a backlog of work. It's worth the wait.

Just had work done by Jeff and his team for the second time, 3rd family visit in the span of a couple of years. Impeccable work, as reasonably priced as this kind of repair could be. I was referred to Middlesex Autobody to repair a damage on my car. Jeff was very professional, available via phone or email when needed and helped me understand the whole process of repair/appraisal as this was my first time getting my car repaired.
