Was having an issue with my brake pedal and brought my Subaru here as I had received a discount service coupon in the mail. Was reluctant to go back for service here after a few years ago when the person at the front desk refused to believe the vehicle actually could have the problem I described. Gave the service department another chance and once again they disappointed me. Made me believe the problem with my car this time was all in my head and dismissed my concern saying it was standard operation of the vehicle which I knew not to be the case as the problem was new however not reproduceable if not from a cold start after a few days of disuse. After the problem was not addressed and I was sent on my way, I later took the car to a Midas dealer who actually examined the car and discovered it was a leak in the brake vacuum hose. Never going back to them again after the 2nd time of disrespecting me and my concerns...

Bought a used Subaru in September 2023. Emad Boutros was fantastic. No rush, answered every question. Allowed me to take my time. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Mike Buono - The Service Advisor You deserve zero stars. I'm taking time to write this review. Since I interacted just with Mr Buono for getting service advice for my vehicle this review/credits should only apply to him. I was at Metro West Subaru few weeks ago for vehicle service. I was first greeted my Mr Buono who sits right at the entrance and he asked me what I'm looking to do today. I mentioned various different issues/concerns with the car, please note some of these include concerns that are covered by warranty. My car is still under that 36k miles warranty. There are other things which would fall under general maintenance. which I'm aware of. He brings me the quote of 800$. I took some time to look at the various things that will be covered by the service and I requested Mr Buono the price breakdown for the each service, that's fine if they don't have a breakdown of the prices or they don't provide such info customers. But here is when things changed, I see change in Mr Buono's behavior, the way he talks and his body language. I was astonished by this guy's sheer arrogance... wow I've never seen such a rudest service advisor so far. This is my fifth car and l lived different states but this guy's condescending behavior shocked me. The moment I asked for the breakdown of prices Mr Buono's tone of voice changes, he looks at the service quote randomly gives me the number how much it would cost me for each service and that doesn't even match up for 800$ quote he initially gave me. He looks at his computer and says we are bringing up things which would be covered under warranty and "we are trying to achieve by bringing those up"?? And keep saying that "this transaction is not clear" I want to know what does he mean by that statement. I have a simple question to Mr Buono if he buys a car with any company which offer 35k miles warranty for certain things. Would you like to take care of those issues under warranty or you will pay out of pocket?? During this conversation Mr Buono's face changes,he can't sit,he leaves back to service area which is behind him and goes to restroom. He can't answer any of the questions I asked him, he said I don't care and don't come to Metro West Subaru go else where... woah!! What a rude behavior for an employee working at a company.I work at a company too where I interact with 100 customers on daily basis but not like this. I have a question for Mr Buono, he just talks to everyone else like this or just me because the way I looked? Even Subaru CEO could been better I guess. He asked not to visit Metro West service Station, I'm still not over it. Just wow!! I really love Subaru cars, in fact my friend brought one upon my advice. Because of this gentleman I lost my opinion on the brand itself. Seriously whoever is managing this guy need to put him under some training.

Poor sales follow up from Carol after the initial conversation. Waited days for more information about the car I inquired about. I had to the find the window sticker and pictures myself online when they were available after being told all would be sent. Then I had to text to let the sales person know I had the information as a buyer. Then was told I couldn't buy it because I don't live in New England. We didn't want the vehicle prior to this conversation after looking over the photos closer. Customer service and follow up could be improved. Why post on Autotrader if you are going to discriminate against people who are shopping around for a specific vehicle? As a loyal Subaru customer this was a bad experience.

This is the worst dealership. I have trying to have an issue resolved for months and all they have done is give me the run around, lied and most of the time would not even respond. The car is not worth it either. Brand new still a terrible car. Do not buy Subaru and definitely not from here! The staff is disrespectful, they also claimed I did not give them the right amount of cash for a down payment, $7500, funny they didn't count in front of my and it was $500 short. I did not want the extended warranty, finally it was supposedly canceled months ago, and I still have no idea where that refund is and now no response! Save yourself the time money and pain.

My son had a horrible experience at this location with the service department. The service manager and staff are very unprofessional and I think must get extra money each time they tell you your car needs things it doesn't. Not believing them, the car ended up at a local honest mechanic shop and all the problems they said the car had was a total lie. I'm glad to see honesty is not their policy but let's take advantage of the young people. I personally would never buy a car here or have any of my family members who own Subaru go there for purchase or service. People like them give good mechanics a bad rap. They are a bunch of robbers that can't be trusted.

I just picked up my car. I dropped it off 02/222023 for recalls and lights that were on. MIKE BUONO said here's a loner see you later . They fixed those recalls then "inspected" my car and told me it was safe because I mentioned that was a concern I had. MIKE BUONO gave me keys the same day I dropped it off. I had to turn around that same minute I left because all the light came back on. The mechanic never drove it after the repairs. They then said it was a different problem that they never mentioned after the inspection. And I have the inspection report they handed me when I picked up my he first time. Told me they were gonna fix it for "free" "2400 job" "we're a multi million dollar company and we just want the car out of here" MIKE BUONO said as if they were doing me a favor after messing up. 6 days later hand me the keys to my car after I had to figure it out if it was done and the car was dead. Mind you I came in saying the battery is bad and I knew it was so they knew too. MIKE BUONO then said to me "you knew you had a bad battery what do you want my help?" So I called a family member to jump me and I left. I don't trust them at all and I still think they did just enough to get me out of there quietly. I have never been so humiliated.

My car broke down on the side of the road and I was a little scared but the police officer that stopped to help and the tow guy were so very nice to me. All that ended when Subaru got my car. My car was there for three days, I was not properly communicated with during that time (I.e. when I called I was asked who my service advisor was, no one ever told me so I was sent around to 3 different voicemails for the first day to get NO response at all), I was told after 24 hours the mechanic couldn't work on my car because of a breathalyzer which was actually a brake controller (BIG RED FLAG for a mechanic... it seemed like they were trying to find reasons NOT to work on my car), I was treated like I didn't matter and had to show up to talk to someone to find out my car was still not finished when it was promised to me at the highly up-charged rate I was given for my parts (your website showed my fuel pump for $160 less than what I paid for it... to WAIT for 3 days!!), when I arrived I was never greeted nicely and was told my car still had not been touched and I had to take a rental on day 2. Day 3 was better, Joe was not available to finish my job, which was great! Mike treated me with respect when I picked up my car. And I truly wish that was the end of the story but $1200 and 3 days later I was unable to put gas in my tank so I had to take my car back yet again for another time. This time they "found something in the fuel line" which obviously wasn't attended to in the first place. Over that time I had to cancel my work for 3 days (2.5 days the first time and another .5 for the second). I lost over $1000 in jobs I had scheduled with my clients over the negligence of this dealership. Joe did "find coupons" for $100 off and I was given 1 free car wash at the second incident but that hardly makes up for the way I was treated and the time that was taken from my work and my daughter while waiting for this to be taken care of. This makes me incredibly sad. I bought this car in Arizona where the dealerships really care about their customers and treat their cars like their own. I never had to worry or question anything and the amenities there were always nicer and cleaner. Since moving to Massachusetts I've now thought about selling my Subaru for another car because I can't count on the local dealerships to take care of my car and I in the same way.

Price gouging is all the rage these days with some dealers deciding to take advantage of the chip shortage by charging thousands over MSRP. Metrowest is one such disgusting dealer. We inquired online about a Subaru Wilderness, made an appointment, and drove an hour for a test drive. The vehicle was advertised on their website and Autotrader for $40,888, which is the MSRP. When we arrived there was a hand written note that read "Market Correction +$5000 $45,888."You have every right to sell your vehicles for thousands over MSRP and fleece your loyal customers. But guess what Metrowest? You DONT have the right to advertise one price which will not be honored in person. I'm sending a letter and photos to the states Consumer Affairs Office and lodging a formal complaint. I'm also writing Subaru directly to let them know they've lost a lifelong customer. Disgusting.

Came here to pick up parts. Dave and James were both very helpful, and will definitely come here again!
