We recently remodeled our kitchen, and we were going to keep our old cabinets and just repaint them but decided there might be too much collateral damage during the remodeling work, so we ended up purchasing new cabinets from Metropolitan and boy are we glad we did. They are so much better. The quality is impeccable and the fit and finish is perfect. From top-notch slow closers to properly placed and clear bumpers, the detail is fantastic. We had one slow closer that was malfunctioning, but they immediately replaced it along with a new hinge to keep the handle from hitting the other door on another cabinet. Their timely response proved to me that they stand behind their products and have terrific customer service. As for the overall design, Pedro was a joy to work with and crafted some great options for the kitchen. We love what he produced and should continue to love the cabinets for decades to come.

I have completed two projects with Metropolitan and both have turned out great! I have enjoyed working with Grace Nguyen at the Natick location. She is a great designer who is very attentive to small details and the overall vision at the same time. I highly recommend working with her!

We worked with Metropolitan cabinets for a kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation. Cannot say enough great things about the company and the service! Pedro was excellent and helped us with the design, choices for cabinets, stone and finishes. We made much smarter decisions based on his recommendations.Communication was always prompt and accurate. It can be incredibly daunting to build a kitchen from scratch, and we are so grateful we chose Metropolitan Cabinets and Countertops to guide us in this process. Pedro Catao designed a kitchen that is as functional as it is beautiful, customized to our unique needs.From a dry bar area and pantry to a microwave built into the island and an in-cabinet Kitchenaid mixer lift, we ended up with a luxury kitchen that exceeds our expectations. I would recommend checking out the Blanco farmhouse sinks that Metro offers as well - it’s one of my favorite parts of the space.The cabinets are high quality; they feature soft-close doors and drawers. I was very impressed with the options for custom cabinets including pull-out pantry drawers, large, deep drawers for storage of pots and pans, and a pull-out caddy for utensils and spices. The look is very high end - we went with a white shaker style cabinet that is timeless.We were also redoing our primary bathroom at the same time, and we were able to work with Pedro to design a sink area that includes a sit-down vanity fit exactly to our specifications.The countertops deserve their own review, but it’s important to note how thorough the team at Metro is when templating and installing the stone. We went with a beautiful marbled quartz for our kitchen and a clean, white quartz for our bathroom. We were also able to order matching custom sized stone pieces for our shower edges, niches, and a bench for the shower as well.Pedro did an incredible job working with our contractor to ensure that their visions for the space matched and that installation of the cabinets went smoothly. He was responsive to our questions and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend that anyone taking on the project of a kitchen or bathroom renovation consider Metro and specifically working with Pedro.Thanks to Pedro and the whole team at Metro, we now have our dream kitchen (and bathroom!)

They were very helpful, we had the design and the quality of the cabinets is outstanding. Overral it was a good experience! The price isn't absurd. We were between Metropolitan and another company, but the quality they provide was by far better, and the price wasn't above what we were able to pay.
