I love Metro Pets. They are always on time. And they return my precious standard poodle on time and beautifully groomed with a call 15 minutes in advance. Madison is a highly skilled groomer and she and Willow are a lovely match. I highly recommend Metropets. Not all groomers can handle a standard poodle cut that looks like a poodle but not too frooffy. Willow and I love Madison and Metropets.

I had my King Charles Cavalier groomed by Alex on Saturday. Can’t express what a wonderful job she did. He is 5 and this is by far the best grooming he has had and so quick, he was only there for a little over an hour, which is important to me because he is nervous. Great job Metro pets!! ❤️❤️

We have been going to Metro Pets with our *super anxious* dog for years, and have always been so pleased with the results! Today we had our first visit from the Metro Pets Grooming van, and can’t say enough about how great it was. It definitely reduced the anxiety (for both of us!) and he came out of the van smiling ear to ear and perfectly groomed. Thank you!

My senior dog needed a nail trim and some additional grooming. He has only been seen at the vet previously, but Metro Pets was very accommodating and sensitive to my pup’s needs. My pup left feeling and looking better in no time. The low stress environment is exactly what we needed and we already booked a full grooming session. Thank you Metro Pets!

Owner is very snobby. My friend brought her dog there and they completely butchered his coat. We will not be going back. Very disappointing.

I have never left a poor review on anyone but Unfortunately the service seems to have gone way down. I realized my pup was a bit matted on her legs and knew bathing would worsens the mats. But I didn’t want her shaved as she was being photographed the next day. I ask for her to be bathed an brushed leaving her legs alone regardless of the matting.Groomer flat out refused. Manager was no help. They would not pick up the phone to discuss. I told them they could shave her the following visit as washing would worsen the matting. Really didn’t understand why they could just leave her legs alone and bath her face and body. Extremely disappointed. This all happened after a scheduling mix up 2,weeks prior. I found another groomer the following week who was able to brush her out and not shave her with out a problem. I have a small business myself and my clients needs are always first. Sadly we will not return. #clientsrequestsshouldbefirst

Very nice grooming shop! Staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Groomer did a great job and my Yorkie was very calm with her. Fast and efficient and well- priced. Recommend!

Easy online booking system. All the Groomers we have used have listened to how we want our dog clipped and are careful with all her ‘lumps and bumps’. Communication is excellent with text sent 20 minutes before she is ready. Can also pay online before pickup. Best of all she’s always done within one to one and a half hours :)
