Definitely the best gym I've been to. A wide variety of equipment and space that you don't come across every day. A friendly and dedicated crowd cultivates an environment that will push you to your very best limits. If you're serious about your fitness there's no better alternative in the area (coming from someone at a franchise gym nearby before this)

A well managed gym with a large variety of equipment to facilitate meaningful progress for all levels of fitness — true beginner through seasoned competitor / professional — amidst a fun and encouraging membership and atmosphere.

Best gym I’ve been a member of in my several years of lifting. Great people, environment and excellent equipment.

Excellent weightlifting gym with a ton of high-quality equipment. There's rarely a need to weight even during peak hours. Also love that they offer day and week passes as someone who doesn't live in the area but is here a few times a year. I'll definitely be back!

This training facility is top-notch. Lots of equipment most commercial gyms don't have. I've been going here for almost 2 yrs. Owners are helpful and respectful. Members are also very respectful.

Metfit itself is a great place. there's lots of great equipment to use and lots of different types of equipment available for all levels of athletes. however the facility is not taken care of. there is dust constantly flying everywhere it does not look like the windowsills or racks have been cleaned ever. The water fountain looks like it's never been touched with disinfectant; mold and other gunk seep out of it. on top of that the owners and trainers only care about helping you if you're a woman with large extremities. they really don't want to help you, they just want to stare at you. I did not feel comfortable going there. I have heard that there are trainers there who send unsolicited and inappropriate pictures to women who work out there. finally there is never music playing only Fox News blasting on the TV which is not what I would like to be paying attention to when I work out.

Great equipment and location. This gym has great trainers and the members are generally friendly and supportive. That's the good. The rest is --music (on/off, selection and volume) has always been questionable -locker rooms (at least men's) are very bare bones-the weekend opening person (at least previously) would typically show up to open anywhere between scheduled opening and 20+ minutes late -Management sold a previous price increase on going to 24 hour operations and new equipment coming in. 24 hour operations was short lived (not necessarily their fault even if poorly executed) and the new equipment didn't show up for nearly a year and even then was marked "for use with mgmt approval".-while understanding the need for "survival" through Covid, the membership (while closed) and mask (when opened again) policies were questionable.-Cardio equipment is extremely limited.Metfit has increased their membership price past their value at this point for what they offer (excepting only if you really want to work with one of their specific, admittedly great trainers).

Lots of squat racks, benches and dumbbells. Lots of equipment to support CrossFit workouts and powerlifting. A weightlifters gym for sure.

I've belonged to about 5 gyms in the 40 years I've been lifting and MetFit is by far the best gym out there, especially if you're serious about powerlifting. The owners, Bob and Ron are hands-on and willing to share insight, and advice when asked. If personal training is your thing, the trainers there are impressive. You can't go wrong with any of them. There's a lot of weights and equipment, which includes some beneficial pieces of equipment you don't see in any gyms. Lastly, the members are outstanding. It doesn't matter how much weight you lift, everyone is supportive of each other. I highly recommend MetFit.

How do you feel about listening to music so loud you can't hear yourself think? How do you feel about bands tied together multiple times instead of being replaced? How do you feel about a gym being bleached only at the busiest times because the owner won't do it himself and can't get anyone to work for him? This and more only for $60 a month. This place used to be great, but minimal to no upkeep and a more and more absent manager/owner it's fallen far. It's only a matter of time before someone hurts themselves due to poor upkeep and this place disappears

Did a powerlifting meet here, but I could tell that this gym is just awesome. The equipment looked great. It's a pretty big place for a local gym. I would definitely join this if I lived in the area.
