I have had the pleasure to deal with such an excellent sales representative Tampsi. She was very kind and caring and had the nicest smile. She went above an beyond in helping me during my purchase. I hope Herb Chambers keeps her forever. When I was dealing with Tampsi I felt I was dealing with a friend of mine wbo I had known for many many years. I highly recommend her as the best sales person of the year. I also want to thank Mr. Yatin and Mr. Kolls, the finance managers, who were very kind and caring. They listened to all of my concerns. I truly appreaciate their assistance. I will not forget their kindness.

I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes Benz vehicle from another dealership and needed help to reassigning ownership on Mercedes me app. Went to a dealership nearby first and was told that they would charge me $210 to update. I decided to move on and contacted Mercedes Benz Sudbury dealership for help instead.
This was where I got in touch with Johnny. His full name is Johnny Tran Pham, who is well versed in all tech related to my 2023 vehicle and part of the concierge team. My setup took longer due to my previous setting on my phone and Johnny is beyond patient. He conferenced me in a call with the corporate help team and subsequently corrected all my issues. After my headaches are resolved, Johnny took the time to explain how I can add capabilities to my car and address all my in-the-moment questions. With all he has done for me after an hour long process, Mercedes Benz at Sudbury did not charge me anything for their time and excellent service. I was beyond impressed by their customer service. When I purchase another Mercedes Benz vehicle in the future, Johnny and team would definitely have my first visit!

I was recently shopping around for a new car and decided to check out the newly opened Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. I was assigned a sales rep named Gabriel Pinhancos, who was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of the cars he’s selling is out of this world! I initially looked at the G-Wagon, though, unfortunately, test driving wasn’t an option. However, I ended up falling in love with the GL-63 instead. Gabriel made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend checking out this dealership and asking for Gabriel if you’re in the market for a Mercedes.

I had the worst car purchase experience here. 1) I initially made an appointment with Franco. First time he was nice. But when I made the second appointment to double check the car, he was with other clients when I arrived. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to leave when someone else came out to try to help me.
2) after a few weeks, I decided to give this place another try since it is so close to me. I made an appointment with Vito this time. He was nice at the beginning too, seemed very friendly. But he sold me a car which did not have a clean title yet at that time; which would have been fine if he kept this transparent and told me I just needed to wait for a little longer than usual. Instead he quickly set up an appointment for me to meet with finance manager to go through the purchase process.
3) a few days later, I went to the office to meet with finance manager as set up by Vito. This time I waited for 45 minutes and had to complain to the general manager who then asked the Finance manager to see me right away. However the manager told me the title was still to be cleared and I could not buy the car yet.
4) I was very upset however since I liked the car, I decided to continue to wait. What eventually made me really mad and walk away from this place was that Vito actually called me back to yell at me because my friend complained to his manager about his mistakes. He further said usually no friends are allowed in the purchase process; they were making an exception to allow my friend to be with me. I was so mad also felt it was unbelievable. As a sales person, if he was apologetic about the title issue and extra waiting time, I would have been fine, as people makes mistakes. But his behavior is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
5) 13 days later, Vito told me the title was cleared and ready for me to buy. But I already lost interest in working with the place. Today I am still waiting for my deposit refund I paid on 8/1/24. It has been one month.
6) most importantly, the sales persons here need to know their cars better. They told me the model liked remained the same for 2021-2023, but a lady from another dealership told me the car was redesigned in 2022 and inside became bigger, which was the reason I was trying to move up to a different model. And it turned out the lady is right.
I do not recommend this place at all.

I was a loyal customer for over 10 years.. bought my first Merc from here and got all service, big and small, done from here. Recently I was surprised to know that they don't keep your service records beyond 5 years. So you would not know what to do as part of regular maintenance unless that is specifically inspected. I didn't expect this of this place.

We bought our car from Chris Leigh because of his exceptional customer service. My wife and I both feel that he is a trusted authority on Mercedes Benz with deep knowledge of all classes and models. He has the ability to explain advanced features and benefits that are easily understood - much appreciated! Overall, our buying experience was pleasurable and we are very grateful to Chris, the best of the best!
My wife and I wish to acknowledge Jonny Pham with the highest praise. We have never ever met a product specialist more devoted to the Mercedes-Benz brand. His warm personality, deep product knowledge, and delivery of important features and benefits gave us a feeling of trust. He is brilliant and patient beyond words. We are very grateful for his exceptional customer support.

Jonny was super knowledgeable about all the technical details of our car. He really helped us get familiar with the new features right away. We have purchased other Mercedes vehicles in the past but Jonny’s level of knowledge about the car, all its functionalities, and the interaction with us as customers were more than we have ever experienced or expected. He followed up with us and even responded to our questions after hours.
Everyone in the dealership was awesome! We really enjoyed working with Nic (worked through all the details to make our out of state purchase possible), Dynae (answered all our questions on the vehicle and worked our car deal over texts!), Franco (took super good care of us the day of delivery and sent us photos of the vehicle while we were making our final decisions), Josue (took care of all the warranty, special offers, and paperwork to finalize the purchase), Sharon (took so many of my calls and tracked everyone down everyone to make sure I got the information I needed, awesome!), and Andrew (made sure our purchasing experience were satisfied).
