“This isn’t my usual store. I usually go to Chestnut Hill because driving in the mall area of Natick is terrifying. Plus, this mall is far too big. But the Chestnut Hill store is temporarily closed for mall renovations and I needed to get an exchange out of the way before the deadline. It was an exchange from the website. I had no issues in this store. The two ladies at the register were super helpful. One of them even went through the rack of jeans for me, to find the two sizes I wanted to try on. I didn’t even ask her for help. I just asked her where to find this style of jeans, and she showed me and then said she would find what I was looking for. I was so grateful because I hate searching for things. That’s why I shop on the app. I buy all Uniqlo clothing, and I mostly order from the app because my preferred store (Chestnut Hill) is about 50 minutes away. I try so hard to get it right the first time so I don’t need to return or exchange things. While I don’t plan to go back to this store (this mall is far too big, with a very scary parking situation), I was very happy with the service I received.Also, Uniqlo recently updated their return and exchange policy to be more customer service-friendly.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Brooks Brothers in the Natick Mall. Needed a suit for a wedding three weeks from now. I am not a fashionista but Mo helped me pick a nice looking suit, and a few shirts to go with it, and Mustafa did a great job with measurements and adjustments. Very happy I went to Brooks Brothers for the suit”

“Large, well stocked store featuring yourhful and trendy clothing for both adults and children. Finding sizes and colors of each style of clothing was easy and much appreciated.Liked the spacious aisles and well stocked displays. The style and quality of the clothing were better than expected. Pricing was good and gave good value for the purchases we made. If you sign up for a free membership at the register, you'll get a 10% discount on your first member purchase. The only thing missing were a couple of chairs here and there to rest tired mall feet. ?”
“Quinn was amazing! Professional, kind, and attentive to a near constant revolving queue of customers needing the changing rooms. Quinn retrieved updated size requests from many of us- and stayed on track the entire time with her side work. She was very friendly- and made shopping easier and fun! “Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. “I walked into this store not knowing it was closing a few minutes after I had gotten in. I realized soon after and was going to exit but the girl who was working at the store stopped and made sure I got what I needed before I left even though they were literally closing. I apologized many times and told her I could come a different day but she kindly offered to help me and stayed behind to help look for jeans for me. I know working in retail came be very frustrating but this worker was so welcoming to someone who had entered the store way too close to closing and I really appreciated her generosity in letting me stay, helping me look for clothing, and helped check me out. This was such an amazing experience at this particular pacsun and I would come back just to thank this worker again for her help.”
