“Watch City Pharmacy offers quite literally a night and day improvement over the chains and even other independents. They are always on time with refills (I recently called one in and… it was already being filled!), they have successfully lined up all my refills for a once monthly drop (one visit vs 5-10 at other pharmacies), and the customer service is superb. I’ve never received a “your refill is ready” only to find it is not (I’m looking at you CVS). Fast, friendly, on time. There’s no comparison to the other providers. Keep up the great work!”

“I was like 50% hesitant and 50% nervous when my Doctor sent my specialty RX here because of all the really poor reviews. I thought it was going to be a pain to get my RX each month because of the low star ratings but I have nothing bad to say about these guys! I only call them once a month when I need my RX refilled but for everything else they have this like chat feature where you can leave a comment or a question like 'did my Doctor get back to you?' 'When will my RX ship?' After a little while they answer your question for you, I use this features to get updates on the status of my RX. Once my prior authorization went through, which didn't take long at all, they shipped my medication. My RX is refrigerated so I think they overnight it to my Doctor. Either way I just call them once a month to tell them I need a refill and confirm my info then they contact my Doctor and once they hear from her (usually 24-48 hours) and get some info from her they process my order, fill my RX and ship it out. I get text and email updates so I know when it's being filled and shipped and when my Doctor will get it.So far so good with these guys!I will post if there are any future updates regarding my experiences here.”
