Peter went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything we wanted in our couch. There was no pressure from the time we walked in and he helped us out with everything from the layout of our couch to the covers on them. He was the absolute best and we would love to use Peter for our future lovesac purchases!

My husband was on the fence about buying a Lovesac so we trekked all the way from RI to Natick so he could see it in person. Thanks to the informative and interactive showroom and awesome salesperson, Zach, it was slam dunk. We purchased a better layout than we would have chosen online and are very excited to finally have a nice couch.

I worked with Peter and he was fabulous! He was super patient and helpful. He showed me all of the configurations fir my space and sent me home with switches so I could see the color and texture in my space before buying. I can’t wait for my Lovesac to arrive!

Bought Lovesac Sactional with accessories (sactional tables) less than a year ago. We made this purchase as a long-term investment, spending almost $10K. One of the selling points is "DESIGNED FOR LIFE"."Our Design PhilosophyDesigned For Life means so much more than building a product strong enough to withstand the test of time. Products must be Built to Last and Designed to Evolve so that they never go out of style and never become obsolete."PLEASE NOTE, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ACCESSORIES!!!Contacted Lovesac, local store where we purchased and Corporate Offices to discuss sactional tables that were separating after less than a year. Please see attached photo. They were really quick to come back with, "accessories are only warrantied for 6 MONTHS". Disappointing and very misleading. How can they sell a sactional with a lifetime warranty, that can be tens of thousands of dollars with garbage accessories only warrantied for for 6 months. Lovesac really should get their business model in alignment so all products are of quality, especially at their price point.
