Great toys but staff are not very helpful and the prices on some things are more than double the price than another local learning express. Only shopped there oit of convenience but will no longer shop their due to the price differences

My little son and I regularly go to the natick mall and he always goes into this place and we always buy something. He picks a couple of cars and we end up buying few of them if not all. Today, John was working there and he walked over our way in an angry way, SNATCHED ALL the cars out of my 2.5 year old and put them back pointing to a sign not to take them out for safely reasons. This is a toy shop for kids you moron!! If you don't want kids to play or you cannot handle little innocent kids, get the hell out and go find yourself a more miserable place to work in. The next time you touch or come near my son, I will Snatch your hands off. You should not be around children and I don't know how the hell you call yourself a supervisor. Inconsiderate j****

If you dislike children, do NOT open/work in a toy store. If you do not want children in your store, do not fill it with toys. What terrible, terrible people and customer service.

I got kicked out of the store because I didn't have a parent with me and I was with my little cousin and little sister. And I've been inside the store many times before without my parents. Over all my experience that time was horrible.
