I have been to several of the Natick area Laundromats but once I visited Laundry Loft I knew this would be my laundromat going forward.Great location next to Roche Brothers. The hours are convenient, they are open daily until 11pm. The place is bright and clean, the machines are clean and work well, washers wash well and the dryers are powerful and quick.The machines accept quarters or credit card and there is a machine to change bills into quarters if needed.The owner is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She does an excellent job providing customer service and you can tell she truly values her customers which unfortunately is rare these days.I highly recommend people check Laundry Loft out

Nice laundromat at 135 and Speen. Very clean with lots of machines including over sizes washing machines. I needed to wash several sleeping bags and a comforter. Washing machines were great and dryers worked fast. Plenty of space to fold. Easy parking. Highly recommend!

The machines for detergent dont work. The change machine doesn't work. A lady took my laundry out when there were 5 other open landry machines. Bad expierience overall.

Nice place. Kind of small. But at least almost all the machines were working.The owner gave a customer $5 because the quarter machine ran empty during her change making.Nice customer service!

It suppose to be open at 6am. It's 620am and still not open. It needs to open at 5am for people who work for a living.

This is the best laundry place that you do your own laundry. It's clean, machines work and if they need fixing, they label it so you don't waste your$$!,.... I noticed the $5 machines in the back don't fill with water and are just damp..... I don't know if it's supposed to do that but they still have food stains. I work in a restaurant so food stains is very common. Can you please look into that for me. This happened twice, 2 machines on 2 occasions. Thnk you

Very clean reliable establishment. Lots of clean, newish machines here that accept credit cards and Apple pay. It's popular too and some days you can't get more than 2-3 open machines depending when you come. One star dropped because often several of the machines are down when I have come.

I don't think anything in Natick is actually open this late lol. There's plenty of dryers and washers available and like I said the hours are really convenient.

The coin machine is difficult to deal with sometimes and some of the washing machines have gunk on them. Great location and they sell laundry bags and soaps if you need.

Its a nice place but there seems to be a problem with the hours. Its hit or miss if it actually opens on time, at least on the weekends
