Im having problem to cancel my subscription. To do it, they were so fast and make it so easy. But To cancel i had to send an email 2 weeks ago and untill now, no answer. They dont do the cancelation in the gym office.

I love that they open early- that being said- I wouldn’t be surprised if they close the natick location. The pool has been closed since February- the men’s room is covered in bugs. It’s just gross- 2 kids run the front desk but there’s no one actively cleaning the gym clearly. It’s such a shame. I joined with they opened.

I have a 6 week stay here, after 2 weeks in the hotel gym I was looking for something more pleasant.
After a short conversation with GM Valentina, I was given the opportunity to train here for this period.

That place should have commercial fans and the air conditioning should be turned up all the way , this is like 3 years of no fans and someone will drop dead in there cause of how hot it is .last summer there was four broken fans that sat there all summer and it’s just crazy hot .
