My husband needed a pair of shoes for our wedding anniversary dinner and went to Johnston and Murphy. A few steps before entering, I saw the Indian woman at the counter crushing a piece of paper and threw it on ground. She didn’t greet us as if she was in her worst mood. This happened today, Saturday 7/8 at 3pm. The boutique is very small and she should at least greet her customers. She just lost two sales and with her attitude, she will have a hard time making her sales goals. We didn’t expect it from a small boutique store like this. We went to Macy’s before this, there wasn’t anybody at the shoe section but at least the cashier acknowledged us and told us where to go to get help.I hope Johnston and Murphy management take note of this. She’s a liable to your company.

J&M clothes & shoes are high quality, and their service is great. Unfortunately, their inventory is abysmal. I'm a 5'10", 175lb man--the epitome of average sized. But for some reason I'm a small in their clothes. Strange, but fine...if they want to target larger men, whatever. What's not fine though is the fact that they don't carry smalls in-store, and for reasons surpassing understanding, produce an irrationally minor number of small items in their production runs. Case in point: I saw a jacket on sale a couple of years ago that I loved, but the smalls were sold out. TWO YEARS later they come back in stock and partner buys one for me in medium (because I'm a medium EVERYWHERE else). I call to exchange it today and they're sold out of smalls, again, with no plans to produce more. I'm done trying to find J&M stuff in my VERY AVERAGE size, it's not worth the hassle.

I recommend this location and was surprised that they have it at this mall. I always see them in airports. Anyways, the employees knew I was out of town and offered to ship my shoes to where I live. Thank you so much for doing this.
