It's a bad thing to total your car, but these guys and gals were so very nice. We didn't live nearby, but they went in the wreck looking for stuff for us. They did everything right with the paper work. You shout need them but if you do, you are lucky to have them.

My wife needed the third light replaced on her SUV - Coach & Carriage could not have been more helpful. They looked for a replacement online (my car is old and after market) and could not find one. I found and I ordered a replacement, and it was defective when Coach & Carriage tried to install it - the company sent a replacement and it was ALSO defective when Coach & Carriage tried to install it. Finally the third time, and it worked when it Coach & Carriage installed it. After all that time and effort, they did not charge. Thank you so much for that.

I went to C&C after getting into a minor fender bender and getting a scratch on my car. After taking a look, they actually advised me to not get it fixed because it would be expensive. In essence, they turned down money and instead gave a honest recommendation to a new customer. A couple of months later, I got another scratch and went back to coach and carriage. They told me to get touch-up paint from the dealer and bring it back, and they would apply it for me. I left the car for a full day with Mark and the scratches looked MUCH better when I returned. I went to pay, and Mark refused to take my money. This speaks volumes about how much C&C cares about their customers. If I ever find myself in this situation again, I will 100% be going to C&C again - thanks Mark!!

The folks at Coach & Carriage are awesome!!! I've been using them for about 20 years, and they always go above and beyond the typical auto body shop. I'm continually impressed with the their customer service, and the quality of their work! They've worked on various cars I've owned over the years, almost 10 times now, and I always leave with a smile, happy to get back my shiny, clean, repaired car back. They've always been willing to do as much repair as they can for what my insurance will cover, sometimes more. One time, when my side view mirror was damaged, my insurance would only pay for an aftermarket part, which C&C installed. But, when that part didn't work properly, C&C replaced it with a new factory part at NO extra charge to me. Today, when I picked up my car, it was shiny clean inside and out (it was filthy when I left it), and the alloy wheels had even been cleaned & polished. Thanks Jill, and GREAT WORK, GUYS!!!

I've received excellent service in the past, but after a scheduling snafu recently, it's clear that coach and carriage has enough business that they don't need to retain loyal customers... they had absolutely no problem with me going elsewhere, as they were too busy for my business.

The level of service was excellent. My vehicle looks brand new! Victor was wonderful to work with and kept in regular communication with me while my van was being repaired. They worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to get involved. I couldn't be happier with everything!

They seem to have done a very good job repairing my car from the accident. Fantastic team with great craftsmanship. I am glad they are part of the community. The car rental company Enterprise could use some lessons from them what taking care of the customer and their needs really means.
