Alot of things not marked properly sale items marked as full price and full priced items come up as clearance. when trying to buy stuff on a bogo it makes it very frustrating.

Website showed the store open and open till 7. Spent $17 on a roundtrip Uber ride to only find out they closed at 5! Update your website as a courtesy to your customers!

Worst Joann I've ever been to. Disorganized, weird low lighting, always long lines to get the fabric cut. Additionally, there is a staff member who acts like she owns the place, condescending, talks about other customers and complains about how hard they work. Very unpleasant experience overall.

This location is the closest to my house, but it's quite small with a very limited selection of colors. My go-to for yarn shopping is usually Joanne, especially during their super yarn deals. The price of Big Twist yarn sales after applying a coupon is unbeatable.

Don’t waste your time going to this store! I placed a curbside pick up and drove over 45min arriving at 7:30pm to find out the hours during the week are 9am-5pm and not the hours listed on the Joann Website. When I called the store to cancel the order the next day all I got was " oh sorry we have been telling the district manager for some time now to change the hours on the website and he hasn’t”. I’ll just stick to Michaels and Hobby Lobby from now on.

Placed an online order so I could pick up after work since I commute. Online it says they close at 8pm but I arrived at 5:30 and they were closed. This is in a busy area most the stores over here are open until 11pm right now for the holidays. They just had a sign on the door saying they are only open 8am-5pm. There’s no other way to tell when they open or close. It is so strange for a major chain to only be open for business hours.

Lots of fabric but the yarn selection was pretty limited - looked like it had been picked over by others like me who were stocking up for the holidays. They had some good deals but the the line to check out took 10-20 min.

We attempted to go to this store twice. Their published hours are different from their real working hours. First time we were there just past 6 pm a couple of months ago, and realized that due to stuffing issues they are open until 6 pm. This time we were rushing in and arrived at about 5:30 pm to find out that they updated their time of closure to 5 pm. It’s absolutely ridiculous!! This information is not published anywhere, even on their official website! Don’t waste your time to go to this store!
