Awful service, only open one day a week for real short hours. I went there last year and filed late because I was ghosted. I am buying TurboTax and doing myself this year.

This is The second year I used Jackson Hewitt (NATICK MA) Location. My experiences with this office have all been very positive! They are super accommodating and get everything done in a timely manner. It was very easy to get in Contact with them when I had a any questions or follow ups. They Actually exceeded all my expectations both years! They are very knowledgeable when it comes to little details and the changes that have occurred with filing taxes after COVID. They are very affordable and also go above and beyond for their clients. I cant say enough how grateful I am for the time and detail Pam put into my tax return. She made this a very easy and smooth process. I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt.

Worst ever.They took over a month just to prepare my return and e-filing. And to surprise the least, they made mistake in direct deposite information in the e-filing. My refund was sent and didn't go through and waiting for paper cheque. Now that they submitted wrong bank info in my return, I'm in trouble for any future payment IRS will be sending untill my next tax return.Post filing customer service is horrible, they didn't even care to answer my email. Not even close to professional.

Avoid. I took my multi-state return here after a positive experience in Danbury, CT. They pulled my state tax withholdings from my employer's ADP system rather than my W-2 for BOTH STATES, and never checked to make sure this number was correct. I found out when I got a ~$10,000 bill from the state of Massachusetts.I checked JH's data pulls vs the W-2s, and in two minutes discovered their mistake. They never admitted their error nor provide a refund, and calls from corporate have gone unanswered.I am done with Jackson Hewitt.
