Hello, just wanted to do a shout out to Patricio! the sales representative of Indochino @Natik Mall. Met him on a Saturday and he explained and walked with me for the best option for a custom made groom's wedding tuxedo. We booked a second appointment the next week and he spent 2 hrs with me taking my measurements and he is really an expert on the topic. He has a background of more than 30 years of experience. He is really the man to know regarding any custom made suits. I ordered one and cant wait for the end result! 10/10 Customer Service

I am in my brother's wedding as a groomswoman this fall and originally went to try on a tux w/ the Black Tux (that's where all the groomsmen are renting). Unfortunately, as a petite woman, none of the standard sizing worked for me so Patricio guided me towards getting a custom Indochino men's tux (fit for my body).From the minute I entered the showroom, Patricio and the team made me feel incredibly comfortable. His attention to detail and knowledge of styling, sizing, and fabrics put me at ease about getting a men's tux and made the experience super fun!In just three weeks I had the tux on my doorstep. The tux fit perfectly out of the box and aside from a small hem on the pants (style preference) is ready and good to go.I can't wait to get another suit made by Patricio and Indochino (Natick) soon.

I got my first tailored suit through Indochino Natick, and will never go anywhere else. Patricio is an absolute gem of an employee and they are extremely lucky to have him. He is a true expert at what he does, and I trusted him with my suit from the beginning. The time and care that he puts into his work alone is above and beyond.Aside from Patricio being amazing, the suit that I got was great, and fit me perfectly. The shipping was fast, and alterations needed were done free, including the press! This was my wedding suit, so the timeliness, care, and attention to detail throughout the entire process was ideal. I cannot recommend Indochino (Natick) enough.

Very Poor-fitting suit, I had to go to my normal tailor to basically rebuild the entire thing. I wear a suit multiple times a week over the past several years and this was far and away worse than any off the rack suit I’ve evaluated or purchased. Additionally, Nordstrom fittings will NOT reimburse for alterations, you have to go to one of the Indochino stand-alone stores.

I had the pleasure of getting a custom tux at Indochino (in the Seaport) in the before times, the fit is so perfect that when I realized I needed a few more suits Indochino was my first thought.The Indochino @ Nordstrom is a phenomenal alternative to the dedicated stores. You show up on the first floor, head to the suit section, and find one of the Nordstrom employees. The process was identical to the "full" Indochino store - I got measured, tried a suit on, talked about style and cut andI was lucky enough to have an appointment with Mike - and honestly he made this experience. The man crushed it! He was personable, knowledgeable, and put up with my barrage of questions.As long as Mike works here I will be coming back.

Absolute worst retail experience I've ever had. I made an appointment online and showed up at store 10 minutes early. I stood waiting trying to get someone's attention or any level of communication for 1 hour before I left, not having had anyone acknowledge me once.
