Just straight junk. Even calling the stuff junk is giving credit to junk being more expensive than going to Loves or Home depot. Seriously orileys auto had a torch 2× better and half the cost. Jack .. sa.yeah same specks. Half cost at Walmart. Jack stands. 1/4 cost even after shipping and were 3.5 ton stands. So no. Like I wanted to just buy a set of wrenches. How the hell do people sell wrenches without 13mm 18mm. Trust me standard sockets 10mm, 13mm, 18mm, 5/8, 3/4, 5/8 will not be included in the 100$ tool set. Like they intentionally leave these sizes out.

The quality of tools has improved tremendously over the last few years and their warranty works well if you are a member of their club. I replaced several items without a receipt no issues.

If you ever need to repair your harbor freight, this is the best place to get tools for it. Harbor Freight Tools have every tool you could possibly need for harbor freight. If any part of your harbor freight gets broken, I would head here first, because it's the only place you'll need to go to get tools to fix it. You know what they say: "If your harbor freight ain't broken, don't fix it. But if it is, head on down to your local harbor freight tools to get everything you need to fix it, along with an air compressor and a table saw if you want". I had a broken harbor freight. I went here, bought exactly 7 tools and a Diet Pepsi, went back to the harbor, and had my harbor freight fixed in less than two hours - all for a cost of less than a quarter of what it would have cost to hire a harbor freight repair contractor. May the good Lord bless you Harbor Freight Tools! You are ALWAYS there for me when my harbor freight breaks or even just needs a little routine maintenance. May the good Lord Bless you! I frequently go to this store because they have specific items I need. It's rarely pleasant but the last time was pretty unbelievable. I went in for a broom, an outdoor heavy duty broom. I asked the gentleman at the register where there brooms are, his response was " we don't have house sweeping brooms". I was floored by his comment and assumption that that is what I was looking for. Totally out of line. Would he say that to a man? Doubtful.

pretty pour service here vs other harbor freights in my area , I've bought a lot of toolboxes from hf over the years, all of which have had the pallet on the bottom side of the box when taken out of the Backroom. mine was tipped on its side by one employee and thrown onto the hydraulic table they used to load into my truck , the cardboard it came in had a huge rip in it because of this, luckily he just hit the side bumpers and no damage to the actual toolbox was done. ( only reason I looked was because it was so loud slamming on there) Other than that they are super reluctant to help.Items are often mispriced and they don't honor whats on the shelf(not just one they've had a whole basket full of "3.99 bits that ended up being 12.99" . I've grabbed things that weren't on sale w the sale tags still up... my bad I don't look at the app everytime. called to ask if items are in stock and have been told no basically immediately ... definitely not enough time to check unless that happen to be in front of the shelf everytime
