Their promotions are crazy confusing. The store had 50% off everything except markdowns but their were 3 different markdown stickers. A white one, orange one, and faded white one. It felt like they were trying to trick people into buying more....

I've been to this Gap before and had good experience but today was unpleasant. The sales girl questioned how I like to wear my jeans ("Well you don't want them any longer than that"). She then said I could easily have another sales girl help me older the jeans in tall. Upon going to the front desk, the mobile device the sales girl was using stopped working after almost finishing the order--not her fault. Then the other girl (from before) made an overly upbeat comment following my frustration with the failing device ("Sometimes technology doesn't work and we don't know until the very end. We just have to work through it"). The comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. The transaction took a long time and that paired with the rude sales girl made my experience unpleasant today.

Was there wed afternoon. While I was looking at clothes I heard some inaudible voice talking fast at the background. Initially I thought she was talking to an employee but somehow it was for me?. Anyway, I told her oh I did not realize you were talking to me. Then she said to me sternly "I am talking to whoever is willing to listen." Well excuse me but I listen to whoever exhibits adequate communication skill to be within my visual field i.e. not behind me. Weird vibe...I felt like this white lady in clear frame glasses was trying to make some sort of a statement ...is this your way of saying to a customer that you need to listen?. I am not sure why a sales associate would expect to be heard while talking facing the back of the customer's head especially when we did not make an eye contact with each other or anything earlier. Besides, she was standing more than just a couple steps away. I was looking at clothes, you know? because this is a clothing store? Why would you expect me to be alert at all times for you to speak whenever even though you are not in front of me and not standing near me? just because you are white and older than me does not mean you are above the customer and the world evolves around you. You know?. You should always talk to a customer in front of them not in their backs if you do wanted to be heard. Willingness to listen is irrelevant here and quite unthoughtful to go point it out to a customer. When I go shopping, I expect to have a pleasant experience, not for an your-highness-employee lecturing and breathing down on my neck to pay attention to them.

This store is located in the original part of the Natick mall. It's interconnected to Baby Gap store. It's best to come here off hours when it's quite and less hectic. Average size store with mixed bag customer service.

This store never seems to have any sizes -- always extra small only. Signs all over the store said 60% off sale and when I got to the register the lady rudely said no that item is not on sale. It has to end in 99. Ummmmm? Wtf. Since when? How the hell was I supposed to know???? Stop touting your sale if there are only a handful of items that apply!

I have my qualms with this Gap. While they have a good selection (like every other Gap), they have poor customer service skills. My friend and I have come here a few times to look for some summer basics, and I never had a great experience with the staff. They don't greet you, and I've never had a sales rep even ask if I needed help. It's one of my biggest pet peeves because customer service is half the experience for a shopper, and when it's lacking, it tends to push people away; I have a feeling I won't be returning here because of that. If you prefer to shop in peace and quiet, sans sales reps, you're in luck. If you're looking for that extra something from a store, you're not going to find it here.

The Natick location has a huge selection of toddler and baby clothes. If you are looking for Maternity, it's in the back! They have the latest styles, and adorable clothes. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes nice, sometimes expressionless. I love this store, their selection can't be beat unless you go to Burlington. This is a busy location, and they seem to be juggling alot at once. They have a nice table and chairs for kids to play. Unfortunately, their isn't anything for them to play with! :)
