I’m quite surprised about the bad reviews left for this location because I can’t say enough great things. Every single employee I’ve met through out the past 15 years of going to this store has been nothing but helpful and kind. Everytime I come I leave feeling confident and always find something I love. The store always feels trendy and in style I’ve spent hours trying on things till I found the outfit I needed. The manager is the sweetest lady and one the girls Sammi as well. You will sure be met with a big smile, my favorite free people location!

Free people Natick has let me down in the worst possible way. Free People was my mothers favorite clothing brand. In fact , free people was the last store we shopped in together before she died a few weeks later from ovarian cancer. That last shopping trip was a such a meaningful memory in my mind until recently when I went to try to return a few of the items she had bought that day. My husband went to free people first to make sure I would be able to exchange the clothes without a receipt (tags still on). They told him that they could absolutely give us store credit I would just need to shop in store on the same day I was returning the items. The two shirts together were $260. Feeling comfortable I went in and picked out a few items to exchange for the shirts my mother had bought with me a year earlier. When I got to the register they told me that I could not exchange the items and that I could only receive a credit for what they were now worth. They proceeded to tell me each shirt was now worth.. 10 cents. I am not kidding you, they said 10 cents. The let down in my heart with the emotions of the last day I spent shopping with my mother was enormous. I told them the situation and they still did not use dignity and work with me. I am so shocked by the level of disregard they had for the situation. I tried reaching out to their corporate office before writing a review in which I was ignored. I can’t even look at the store anymore.

AWFUL!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I'm 53! My husband bought me a $500 gift card and $150 sweater. The sweater didn't fit me - I went to return or exchange it and they offered me 10 cents for it. The manager wasn't there and the rude staff told me I could come back after 4:30 to speak to a manager - I was there at noon!!!! i love free people but will not step foot in this store again. honestly it's not that great. legacey place and chestnut hill have way better selection. I will never step foot in the free people in natick again. I had $650 to spend and walked out with nothing but frustration at the incompetent staff there. just horrific.

I am so impressed by this location! I travel a lot for work. Out of all the Free People stores and locations that I get to visit, Natick hands down is the BEST. Today I was so pleased with my experience I had to share! Sydney and Valentina were so helpful! Sydney showed me some pieces that I might like, so I tried them on. Let me just say that I love the jewelry and accessories, clothes is usually a hit or miss for me here. If it weren’t for Sydney picking out what she did and having me try them on, I would of never looked twice at them!

Their clothes rip within weeks of buying and the company could care less. The Natick mall in Massachusetts especially the manager could care less that all of a sudden I was in a store looking in a mirror and noticed that the entire butt crack split open on the pants that were so loose on me. She said oh well nothing we can do.

This store had amazing outfits (I unfortunately am pretty big and what I wanted they didn't have) that being said I highly recommend everyone check this store out. I mean who doesn't like being free.

The attendant kept following me around and kept eyeing me suspiciously. Made and my friend me feel very uncomfortable. Just trying to shop okay? Usually buy a lot here but made me want to leave early.
