Store manager was rude to her staff and curt and short with me. Not helpful although her staff were.

Had the best shopping experience with Michela at the Natick Mall Francesca’s! She was so sweet and took the time to give me genuine thoughtful advice on a dress I was buying for a wedding. She even took a few minutes to help me decide on a pair of earrings, while also helping everyone in the store. She was awesome!
