“I used the same florist in Maine for 28 years. That certain person I always sent custom arrangements for all occasions moved to Millis at the beginning of the year. Designs By Lorraine took my call and created a wonderful custom arrangement. I can't thank them enough, especially on short notice.”

Lisa sent us an email refunding us a portion of what we paid for the arrangement we were not happy with which I was very grateful and touched for her understanding. The other two arrangements were beautiful. I absolutely recommend her to anyone in the future. Thank you Lisa. What I liked about the place was I was able to look online at Teleflora and choose what I like & Lisa would would work with my selection but one of the three arrangements didn't look anything like what I picked and I couldn't call to have anything done bc I didn't see it until the services were about to start. Would have been nice if some kind of compensation or credit towards another purchase to make up for the error but she basically ignored me. Too bad. The other two were nice and pricing were reasonable.”
