Not sure that was the manager on 6/17. Lil dude was definitely whining about labor cost and closing. But he was definitely talking ish. Mr. "If somebody comes in, I'll give them the 1-2 punch" during closing. I brought a pair of shoes, but that treatment was not cool. You got a customer with a card out. Let's finish that sale yo. I'd have brought 2 pair of Lil dude treated us kinder. At the register, Lil dude let me know afterward, there was a sale the next day and when I asked him about it, he said I shouldn't have brought the shoes right before closing. Thought that was rude. JDs gets an "F" for customer service. Shoe prices straight tho.

This review is for the jd sports that just opened this past Saturday June 17. This is the best shoe store in the mall. Staff is great and helpful lots of good shoes and clothing for the entire family.

Today I went into the new JD store in the mall and the service was the best I ever had! I was able to order a shoe in store and two more online without a problem. The staff converted the US to European sizes and were super helpful the whole day.Also, the manager was so nice and kind to me and my family, we will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!

I was just in this new store at the mall. I assume it was the manager, he was swearing and yelling at an employee in front of customers. The store was very busy and i only saw 3 or 4 employees working. If that's how the managers treat their employees, I see why there aren't many there. Very unprofessional.

I got to say this people work so hard I was there today to pick up my order and they were 2 guys working so hard people really need to be patient they short stuff but they are really willing and doing their best!Nice guys thanks for all you do specially now
