The worst delivery service I have ever experienced. And this is a consistent experience through more than 5 different deliveries over time. I get notifications that delivery was attempted (East Cambridge) when no driver came up the stairs, nor did they ring the doorbell to attempt delivery. I have ended up having to phone FedEx and chase them and never get a satisfactory resolution. Absolutely the worst - to the point where we actiely choose merchandisers who don't use FedEx if at all possible.

0/10. This place constantly fails to deliver. Whenever I have a package being shipped - I ask for UPS when available because of my experience with FedEx in Boston when arriving through the Natick facility. Constant issue with packages not being delivered with failed attempts - not to mention the inability to predict an accurate window. Why even give a time range? It has never come close to being accurate.

Fedex is the worst! They were supposed to make a signature required delivery, but they never showed up and put "delayed" in the system. Customer service had no idea why

The worst fedex location I have ever dealt with, I have a ring camera, they’ve been claiming to attempt delivery for 72 hours now yet no one has been coming to my doorstep, I’ve been home all day waiting for delivery yet fedex claims they “attempted to make delivery”, this branch should be shut down and all the delivery drivers should be fired

I saw the delivery guy texting two days in a row outside my building without any trying for looking for my address, and then, I found out that in the system it showed that they came to my building and couldn't find the location, the reason why my package was not delivered. That's ridiculous!

FedEx driver claimed nobody was home, I was on the front porch all morning waiting for him. I don’t know if your drivers just pretend to make deliveries all day, but if I pretended to do my job I’d be fired. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Borderline fraudulent.

Just wish they would deliver my package!! Natick MA has got to be one of the worst FedEx facilities. There was an exception and now a delay. I don't think my granddaughter is going to get her package. What do I have to do? Drive up from Pennsylvania to look for it myself...?

I have had the same experience as others. I waited around all day for a “signature required” package and I get a notice that they attempted delivery! THERE WAS NO SUCH DELIVERY. NO ONE EVEN DROVE UP MY DRIVEWAY. Now they expect me to wait around all day tomorrow to have the same thing happen. FEDEX is the worst. I’ve paid for two day delivery and whatever i order comes a week late. FEDEX should take some lessons from Amazon. Drivers should be required to take a photograph of their “attempted” delivery.

I wasn't notified by any means by FedEx during delivery time. FedEx claimed they had attempted the delivery for three time. Each time I was at the delivery location but was not properly informed that the delivery personal had arrived. I also didn't not see any FedEx delivery vehicles.

This place is a FedEx Black Hole. They will consistently say they tried to make attempts to reach you. They never tried. not once.IF your fedex package is at this location or being shipped to this location. Call either Fedex or the manufacturer and request a re-route IMMEDIATELY.

Every time I have a signature required package I know it won't even be attempted to be delivered. The kicker is they keep saying it's attempted, but they don't even bother to come out to attempt or even leave a slip. This happens all the time. I don't think they are in the delivery Bussiness they just like driving packages around it seems. Awful just awful.
