The gear they make is phenomenal. Extreme comfortable, flexible and water wicking. All the girls that work at the stores are incredibly professional and very friendly. I just went in and the people were just FABULOUS, KIND AND HELPFUL! I loved all the clothes I got and it was honestly better than other brands because the fabric was very high quality! Plus they helped me get the right things and I’m impressed!

Poor customer service. So rude staff. They look so down on you. Unwanted fees are always charged. If ever want to shop please shop online.

After being in the VIP membership without my authorization, I was charged $50 without knowing. After finally convincing the customer service representative to give me a refund and cancel my account, I got a refund and thought my account was cancelled. The next month I was charged once again. I called to make sure my account was to be cancelled and I was refused a refund because apparently they could not do that when it was done previously. This membership is a SCAM, and the customer service reps are not helpful. Just hope this doesn’t happen next month for me to lose another $50!!!! It is pain to call and cancel and you cannot do it online. Useless

I bought a pair of pants. After first wash they would be okay in a flood. Just noticed monthly deductions out of my account. WHAT FOR??? Never got an answer for shrinkage complaint. I am going to my bank tomorrow to file a fraud complaint.

When you buy from Fabletics You automatically are enrolled in monthly charge. You wont know this until you get charged. When you go to redeem your account, they give you a fraction of what you payed in. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

This Company is a scam, they enlist you on a VIP Membership without your approval, charging $ 49.90, using the form of the payment you use for an actual online purchase without approval from you. In my case it was PayPal. You can't email them only chat or call or by text. Their Chat agents have been trained to not answer questions about why did the company enlisted you on a VIP monthly charge without your authorization. They will cancel it and refund it but never explain how come they charge this amount without your authorization, when you insist, asking the question about non authorized charge, their agent are trained to repeat they cancelled the membership and then, simply end the chat!!

This store is AWESOME! Many of the reviews here are about the online customer service, which really doesn’t reflect on the store itself. The employees here are very knowledgeable and always willing to assist you to find the perfect outfit for whatever activity you are looking for. They have helped me mix and match, and made awesome recommendations depending on whether I need high impact, leggings that will stay put, etc.! If you want to experience the best of Fabletics, you will definitely find it here!!

i’ve had a membership for a couple years now and i never had issues until recently. i placed two separate orders and both of them never came. i tried contacting them and they said they were both left with someone named Jen (i don’t know a jen) and the other i should “ask my neighbors for.” when trying to find out where they were, it took hours to get a hold of a consultant. the customer service is awful, so hard to reach. then they tried having me change by address after telling me they’ll re-ship it as if it was an inconvenience to them. i’m very disappointed and don’t want to keep spending so much money on a company that is so careless.

This company is a scam! They send the two pair which are far higher quality then any of the rest of the line. The leggings I received afterwards were thin and see through. I would Not advise any one to become members of this very misleading company. Very disappointed!!!

I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 11/26. Package was finally delivered on 12/28. I never could “talk” to a live or virtual agent to get any answers. I know the pandemic impacted shipping, but was very surprised they shipped via USPS instead of UPS or FedX. I had to do a print-out of my on-line order to put under the tree. I am thankful it did arrive, but will never order again for a gift.

My wife could never find any products in stock that she likes. For VIP membership they continue to charge your account. For the orders she DID place it took over 6 weeks to receive. 1 order we have still NOT received that was placed before thanksgiving. Customer service is horrible. The products fall apart and they cannot get merchandise to your door in a timely manner. Kate Hudson endorsing it is prob the only reason these places remain in business
